Haven't been to BK in years adyer a few bad experiences at other stores, But I had a craving today so I stopped. My fries were super hot and fresh, my chicken sandwich was so crispy and fresh. Ordered on the app so got a few deals there . Service was perfect, friendly ,kind, fast
I gotbthe #1 Whopper with cheese meal & it was very good. The meat had a wonderful grilled over a flame flavor & their french fries are much better than years ago. The prices are cheaper than McDonald's. I was not disappointed & I am picky about burgers.
Our order was cold when we got it and Miguel the manager was off the clock sitting in the seating area. He heard me complain and got up very quickly to help replace our food with hot ones the workers were very nice and fast about it
Your restaurant really stepped up from my last visit. Food. Service and atmosphere was outstanding!
Given a 5 star, only because the staff was great. But couldn't get hashbrowns because the grease they cook it in was making them turn a different color 🤔??? So they substituted them for something else. Also they forgot to give us silverware, and our order of pancakes and sausage. Thank God we were eating in!! Also ordered the number 15, and go a whopper sandwich instead! But through all the the staff got right on it and got us everything we ordered quickly!! And they just kept apologizing!! We appreciated that!!
This was a great quick lunch stop! Everything we ordered was a very hot and very fresh! The fries were so hot and fresh, that we actually had to wait a few minutes and let them cool down! That's the way I love my fries! Customer service was on point as well! They were very kind and speedy. Can't ask for much more for a quick lunch break. We will definitely stop by here again when we have a short lunch.
