This location has had a bad history when I visit for my ice cream but today I met Carlos he was AMAZING. Above and beyond, great customer service. Fun to chat with and a great attitude. You can tell he loves working with people. 👏🏼👏🏼
Fantastic service, portions were great, and chocolate waffle cones were crunchy & thick. The ice cream was fresh, toppings were fully stocked, and waffles cones & bowls were too the limit! We noticed there is a mini freezer, so if you like stiffer ice cream they can chill it for you upon request. My husband and I went around 930pm & we were very pleased. They were a little busy with just one guy, but he did a great job. Tip, tip, tip! :) Featured picture of "Love it" size of our favorite strawberry yogurt & cotton candy mix.
Brandon has exceptional customer service, a kind that you don't experience too often. We all know Cold Stone is good ice cream, but it's the customer service that makes, or breaks the experience. I would definitely come back to this location. Cold Stone should be really proud of their employees at this location.

Came here with my lil boo, her and I got an our strawberry blonde. My favorite. The manager was so sweet, and took care of us after we waited a bit.. thank you‼️ we will be back of course, but this location is the best

They are always busy no matter what time or day you go in. We always get served by the same young man and you can see he loves what he does. Always making our ice cream experience the best it can be! Great location.
