Not my go to Asian supermarket but I always have a good time here. My mom tells me that items are pretty expensive compared to the other grocery stores but when 168 has sales, the sales are really good.
I, myself especially enjoy the little pastry and boba shop within the grocery store. If you can’t tell, I come for the snacks. The very animated, comical packaged snacks.
On the far right side is the Asian deli where you can grab food that’s already prepared.
If you are a drinker, there is a wine and spirits corner with American an Asian liquors. Located next to this area are usually bulk sale items as well.
Then, in the front by the registers, there’s the medicine counter ova, as there usually are in Asian supermarkets.
There are a few Asian markets in the Chinatown area but my wife and I love to come here. There is a good selection of Chinese style food here. Surprisingly the frozen dim sum items here are really good. I also got take out food from their concession and that was equally as good. I would like to say that I am a frequent shopper here. If you are anything like me and looking for a good variety of Chinese food/snacks then you should check this place out.
So many ramen choices. Bakery is wonderful. Such a fun place to get groceries!
One of my favorite grocery stores to shop at for many of my Asian food needs. I love to cook and they always have a great variety of my ingredients. If you don’t know, they have some great hot food available to buy and eat inside. I recommend the spicy eggplant and short ribs.
Asian market with things from China, Japan, Korea, Vietnamese and elsewhere! Prices are comparable to other markets and you may find some things cheaper than other places but that's just shopping in general. But the convenience factor plays a good part. You can pretty much get 90% of your Asian food stuff from here. Only thing is it's crowded every time I come here. Don't expect 90% of the older Asian ladies to move out your way when they're looking at things in front of you though...
I’m giving 5 stars because it’s important that locally owned asian markets like this exist as an extension of the asian community in Vegas. All the snacks I grew up eating and the beverages I grew up drinking can be found here. Sure they have a premium on pricing compared to buying average food items you can get at Smiths but the selection is asian friendly and lots of imports from Japan can be found here.
This is my first time at this market location and I am pleasantly surprised. The location is easy to get to and the choice and quality of products availability is excellent. I have a really full cart of goods and the check out was so easy and pleasant; I am definitely coming back again. Thanks!
An amazing place to find munchie snacks of all flavors, shapes, and sizes!!! Decent prices. The last star is lacking due to many items missing prices and shelfs being disorganized. Also, the isles are small and the checkout experience is not clear or quick. Zero customer service skills or greeting at the very least from staff during checkout.
Very good Asian market, they have a good selection of vegetables, meats, and hard to find ingredients to make special Filipino foods. Also their Chinese deli is awesome especially if you want to eat there or take home.
Maybe sometimes there are some slow cashiers...But you can buy pretty much anything from asian foods. We like food to go and dim sum to go department . They have tables and chairs . Very convenient . Also cakes and bakery very nice with good choice . Also marinated radish and chicken feet sold here .And red caviar as well.
