If you’ve never had a fresh pretzel before this is where you should go!!! Love that every 30 minutes they are pulling fresh dough and making them fresh!!! THIS IS THE BEST PRETZEL IN AMERICA. Keep it simple and just order a regular pretzel which naturally has butter and salt… Delish…My go to mall snack

I ate from Aunties recently but forgot to give my opinion/review.
I think the staff is great and doing a heck-of-a-job on the Pretzels. I can not speak for all locations, but this one here is a story of its own. I was so glad we chose this store, much so that we attempted to provide a tip(s) to the workers,.. but to our surprise, we could not because ACCORDING to the WORKERS Management has interviened with doing so.
Why is that Auntie Anne's???
Not permitting cash tips is ubsurd and unheard of, ever. I dont know about A.A. Prezelts anymore, maybe it's time I take my buisness else where.. I thought gratitude would always be welcomed in my books!
Auntie Anne's is near the escalators attached to The Coffee Bean kiosk. Great place to grab a tasty pretzel snack.
The cinnamon pretzel nuggets are beyond amazing. I love them so much I have to be careful to limit myself. It can be a little expensive but you should definitely try Auntie Anne's out next time you are near one. You will definitely not be disappointed with anything you order.
Super nice people! The lady went to take out my almond pretzel and noticed how hard it was and told her manager and they gave me a free one! Thank you for being hospitable and very kind! A+ for customer service!

I disagree with Alan. Mustard is not like a shoelace. I didn't order a pretzel or anything, but the aroma alone deserves 5 stars.
First time to eat it. Quiet nice and the big positive for me is they are baked and not fried.
Overpriced, but it's the best pretzel I've had in a casino setting.
