Use your coupons you get in the mail!!!! Our total went from $43 to $30. Very very good chicken, juicy, and flavorful! Salsa had little flavor, sides were good! Got mash and gravy and Mac and cheese!

The chicken is really good. Roja sauce is pretty hot. The avocado sauce has a good flavor. The lady who took our order was very helpful. Service was pretty quick.
We dont have an El Pollo in Albuquerque NM so when we visit Vegas on Tropicana, this is the location we love to eat. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Two thing I might add: owners help the staff with the tools they need to succeed. The soda machine on both sides were out of syrup or they weren't working. Also if the "mixed" option for chicken is unavailable, please say so before ordering. Luckily my son will eat anything. Other than that, see you next time!!
On October 6th or at 11:30 a.m. I came through the drive-thru had a hard night at work and immediately was welcomed by the drive-thru employee it was some young guy he was so friendly outgoing for some reason it lifted my spirits very nice very exceptional customer service but when I come to the window it was a young girl that took my money and gave me my food she was so nice as well but I looked in the back and he was smiling I said I got you it was just so refreshing for such a young man I wish I knew his name to be so happy and outgoing and positive and exceptional guest service I wish I knew his name but I will definitely go back to some hopes that he'll wait on me but honestly I've only been there a few times and I've never had a bad experience so thank you
Quick service and food tasted good. At this location I thought the portion size was smaller but still I enjoyed it.
It's not clean in the eating area.. tables are dirty. All it takes is a employee taking 15 mins on the hour to whip the tables down..
The new manage their has great service. Think his name is Q, works fast and excellent customer service.
Had to go to the Strip today. We ran in and got some great chicken. The chicken tamales were very good.
This was a first time to try their food. I had chicken avocado taco with guacamole and chips. Very delicious 😋
