Always our go-to for lunch or dinner, we love the simplicity of their food and great flavor too! We’ve tried their different ramens and rice bowls and their side items... all yummy! We have a favorite waitress in there, she’s quick and efficient and she stays consistent with her attitude no matter how crowded it is. Maybe she’s one of the reasons why there’s always a crowd, besides the tasty food of course.

This place was delicious. Loved everything about it. I had the vegetarian ramen and it was by far one of the best ramens I’ve ever had. I highly recommend checking it out!

I love neighborhood restaurants and this little place meets all the requirements. A familiar atmosphere, unpretentious, great ramen, friendly and helpful service. Ramen Tatsu is in a little strip mall with adequate parking. The restaurant is not very big but they managed to accommodate a party of 12 when I was there. What I liked best about their ramen is the lack of high sodium content. I can taste the many flavors without the overwhelming taste of salt. They have the requisite spice levels from none to ghost peppers. The prices are very affordable. I think we spent less than 30 dollars including add one and dessert. This is a family restaurant and has that feel. You can order by app and phone for pick up or make reservations online. Worth the visit

Such a gem of a restaurant in Las Vegas. It reminded me of my days living in Japan with a table of four older Japanese men laughing and enjoying their time together. The service was incredible and the food was not only delicious, but extremely affordable. Highly recommend this place for ramen, especially on a cold night, like the night I visited.

Tucked back in strip mall off Jones between Desert Inn and Spring Mountain Road. They have been here for many years. Cute tiny space. Still a great place to get great ramen! Our server was very friendly and accommodating. What we ordered: 1.) Gyoza fried and steamed the way they are properly made. Delicious. 2.) Deluxe Thick Noodle Ramen. Good size serving and my friend said it was very good tasting. 3.) Tonkotsu Ramen with flat noodles. The broth was very balanced in taste and seasoning, noodles were cooked al dente and served hot perfect 🤗 We will definitely be back!

This ramen spot is small, but it definitely offers food with big flavors. I opted for Tonkotsu Shoyu with an extra egg topping. The portion size was quite generous. The chasiu was tender and the broth was rich and absolutely delicious. We also got Takoyaki and Shrimp Shumai. Both were amazing, especially the Takoyaki -- flavor explosion in every bite! We got the mango cheesecake for dessert, and that was incredible. It was the perfect way to end our meal. Every dish we had here definitely exceeded our expectations. Service was fast, staff was friendly, place was clean, and the prices were reasonable.

[Above all, will I be back?] Look no further. It is one of the few Ramen restaurant run by actual Japanese. I've tried 5 other ramen places in Vegas so far and this is my go-to Miso/Donkotsu Ramen joint. I highly recommend and of course, as a Vegas I will be back! 1. Food It tastes like original ramen in Japan. Mostly I order Miso Ramen with Jigoku Entry level (similar level to Buldak Ramen = Korean Spicy fire chicken flavored instant noodle) as I am spicy food maniac! It is perfect for hangover, after gobbling and sweating it feels so refreshed lol The soup is rich with full of flavor but can be less salty and the thin type noodles are perfectly cooked and properly chewy. I like to order the spicy bomb sauce (habanero + secret ingredients) on the side so I can enjoy the authentic soup first then mix the bomb later for spiciness. 2. Ambience It is a mom and pop vibe with about 10-15 tables & booths in total. Casual and lively. It can be a bit cold in winter for the tables near the entrance but once you have a bowl of ramen, you will be loaded and warmed up happily :) 3. Service The staff are always friendly, attentive and quick. Food was delivered quickly. 4. Hygiene The glasses, cups, utensils, the table and floor were clean. 5. Price It is about average between $11-$15, see my pictures for the menu. 6. Restroom It was clean and well maintained. 7. Location It is conveniently located in Chinatown which is less than 15 minutes from the Strip. 8. Parking It is in the busy shopping plaza so it can be tricky to find a spot during prime hours. 9. ETC - There could be a wait during busy hours (dinner, weekend). I am not sure if they take a reservations. - Cold noodles are seasonally back for summer (see my pictures of the menu) * If this review was helpful, please vote :) ** Let's get connected - Instagram @juxycat

Update... Spicy miso is the one The gyoza looked slightly burnt but couldn't taste it at all. They were so juicy almost like soup dumplings, stuffed full too. Will get again. Ramen looked too good didn't get pic till gone. Fat bowl, good thin ramen noodle. The spicy bean sprouts in the gave it just what I needed. Have to try the miso next

One of the cheaper ramen spots in Vegas. For the price, it’s fairly good, but not the best in my opinion. However, the service is amazing. The workers speak in Japanese at times in which gives you an amazing experience for a ramen shop. It’s a small shop that feels like your local food place.

Some of the best Ramen I've ever eaten in my life. The pork chashu bowl is amazing too. Service is always great. It's casual inside. A great spot to hit if you want a chill atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Seating is very limited inside, so definitely make a reservation in advance.

What a gem. I almost feel like not reviewing and keeping this place to myself. I LOVE this place. The food is not only delicious but a great value as well. I've been to other ramen places at double the price don't even come close to this. Here, not only is the ramen yummy but all their dishes are. I always start with some gyoza 🥟 and chicken karaage but also get a fried rice and a rice bowl as well. In addition to the great food is equally great service. They are super attentive to my needs. I hope you will try it but please don't love it like me cause there aren't a lot of tables and I hate to have to wait.
