The Staff was Fantastic, the food was good. What could have been better, in my opinion is to have started setting up the group tables and chairs sooner, so that only item remaining was the food and coffee. Also, no water was offered, nor provided.
This may, or could have been the decision of the group representative.
The tape used to secure the plastic table cloth should have been designed to stick to the underside of the Tables. Tape such as Gorilla
and/or Duct Tape would have been ideal to use. The Scotch type tape is designed to be used on Paper. However, any Tape is better than No Tape at all.
The Tape Dispenser of this Restaurant was caked of layers of Food. Horrible to touch!
Great food and great service. It's bigger than it looks from the outside. I love that they feature art made from the nearby Hugh school.

I met my friend for lunch here, sometimes long lines that move quickly. Clean, friendly place. Iris always greets with a smile. Sometimes the other employees don’t look that happy to be there. Occasionally I have bussed my own table.
Parking isn’t that great.

This place had an odd smell last time I was here, but It was probably a maintenance problem I'm sure it's fine now. Nice to have some cheap healthy options in the area! If you need a quick stop for lunch or even breakfast its good in a pinch. Sometimes thats all you need!
I’m on vacation and wanted to get something healthy. I found this restaurant and it fit the bill.
I ordered the turkey burger (4oz)with fries.
The burger came plain with tomato and lettuce.
The fries were small order as you can see in the picture . The cost was 10.28 no drink.
I’m a fitness trainer and I felt the menu had a lot of healthy opinions. This is not my #1 place to eat at next time.
Food was delicious and healthy. Service was exceptional! It felt like a mother cooking breakfast for you, just happy to make it for you and even happier if you liked it. This made for a very homey and inviting experience. Great place to go if you want a nice relaxing meal!
Signature salad was excellent. 1/2 salad was still plenty big for me. I look forward to trying more dishes soon.

The menu items are flavorful and prepared with the freshest of ingredients. I was there at about 2pm and the place was very busy and I can understand why. The food is very good. Rachel's is casual dining, so order at the counter and then wait for it to come out of the kitchen. Most people just get the entrees to-go. I "dined-in" and the only drawback I saw to the restaurant is the inside seating. It's better than fastfood, but not by much. Overall though, a very good place to eat.
