Original Tommy's

Growing up in SoCal around the corner from a Tommy’s location pretty much sealed my fate. I love this place! For me, it’s comfort food that reaches the deepest part of my soul. I usually stop at this location when I’m passing through or staying in Vegas. The food has always been good here, as good as any location in SoCal. I usually come in the morning so that I can get my go to Tommy’s breakfast sandwich and chili cheese fries with tomato pickle and onion on top. The breakfast sandwich is one of the wonders of the industrial age. Just the combination of Tommy’s chili, cheese, sausage, and a fried egg is sublime, but that’s not all. They pair that combo with pickle, onion, tomato, and mayo, and then wrap it all in an English muffin-it’s pure umami Nirvana! The chili cheeseburgers and chili cheese dogs here are the best I’ve ever had. I usually don’t have space for them though. I reserve filling in the nooks and crannies of what’s left in my stomach for Tommy’s chili cheese fries. If you like chili cheese fries you need to try Tommy’s version. Again, they are the best! (in my unbiased opinion, of course) Personally, I think they’re even better than the best if you add tomato, pickle and onion on top. And by the way, the tomatoes at Tommy’s are amazing! You’ve never had tomatoes this good at a burger joint. For the uninitiated, it’s best if you wash down Tommy’s with Mountain Dew, or if you’re like me, Diet Mountain Dew. If you haven’t been to a Tommy’s before you need to make the pilgrimage and put your faith to the test. I am confident that once you do, you’ll kneel at the Altar of Koulax and pledge your undying devotion just like I have. Went for the #1 combo and couldn't even finish it all. I don't have a place like this where I live in Arizona so when I get a chance to get Tommy's in Nevada or California I take advantage. Maybe in the future you will open up a place or two in Arizona.

This place is fast and has great service. A great amount of food for your cash 💵 💵 💵try this place out bet you will be back!

A true Southern California treat. If you grew up in the valley the you ate at Tommy’s. With the chili can look gross piled up over fries but I promise you it’s good eating.

OMG! I couldnt believe that it was Original Tommy's in Las Vegas! I've been eating Tommy Burgers for over 35 years, but hadnt had one in at least 3 or 4 years and even though I wasnt in Van Nuys or Burbank or across the street from the Budweiser plant in Sepulveda, CA, it brought back memories and tasted like home! The Tommy Burger with Egg, was amazing as always, as was the chili fries! Great food, reasonable prices and memories galore!
