Right located in the hotel. It is small with small seating area. So if you need a coffee this is a decent place
Great Starbucks at the Conference Hall end of Mandalay Bay Hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Coffee was up to standard.
Good range of cakes, snacks etc.
Cold Flow Nitro coffee on tap.
Isabella was so sweet and helpful. I ordered a drink at another location and they messed up my order and when I got to work I went to two of the other Starbucks in Mandalay Bay and they were really rude and refused to help and even ignored me but she was very kind and helpful, thank you so much.

Didn’t try and redeem rewards or anything but seemed like a normal Starbucks. They were out of somethings but not what we wanted. The employees were really nice. The service was quick. The smalls were 6.25, and the Grande was 7.25. The prices seem a bit inflated.
I took one star off because in the week we were there, staff claimed the system was down so they couldn’t scan my starbucks membership to collect rewards. That was a very bad excuse specially in the 2020’s when digital is the norm
Nice staff at this Starbucks. It is really busy every morning because after all it is in the Mandalay Bay Hotel, but they seem to get it right every time and that is definitely appreciated. I'll have to say their service is really good for being as busy as it is.
Great people making great coffees. Right next to the Mandalay Bay food court.
This Starbucks location is great to grab a cup of coffee, sit, relax and people watch. Also a great location to meet up at before or after a convention in the Convention Center. There are tables and high-top bar seating. If you are waiting for people to wrap up dinner at one of the many great restaurants nearby before heading to enjoy one of several lounges at Mandalay Bay, this is the spot!

The girls are always smiling and very helpful ,fast service
Because of previous reviews I’ve read, I assumed the lines for Starbucks would be a mile long. However, they weren’t (although I was staying during the week). The line seemed to always be around 10-12 customers which sounds like a lot but really isn’t especially since there were a lot of employees inside working quickly and efficiently. The baristas were positive and kind despite the many rude customers I saw them interact with.
