Get there now! Hands down best breakfast experience I’ve had in Vegas. And as a vegan that says a lot. Every dish and drink that came to our table we LOVED. Deyonna the waitress and Eric the general manager went above and beyond to make sure the experience was enjoyable. The team will also sing Happy Birthday to those celebrating 🥳. Run don’t walk to Broken Yolk. Now!!!

By far this is the best breakfast place in Vigas Everything is just perfect The food, the atmosphere, the service and the experience all in all is just amazing I had the meat lover omelet, it was juicy and perfectly cooked and tasted great The stuffed French toast was phenomenal and it is the best stuffed French toast I've ever had I'm really impressed This is No#1 to go breakfast place for me in Vegas When you visit make sure to ask for Marcos, the best server in the place

Just landed to Vegas and was looking for breakfast/brunch places and came across this place. We didn’t have to get on a waitlist, we were able to sit quickly. The food and service were excellent. I ordered the green matcha tea hot but it wasn’t, the server was able to reheat it. I got the feta avocado toast with eggs and it was one of the best avocado toasts I had. My husband had the American breakfast and our friend had the chicken waffles. The chicken wasn’t seasoned enough but other than that it was great. The server was excellent, ask for Rogelio.

I've visited The Broken Yoke in Las Vegas twice now, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast or brunch. During my recent visit, our server, Will, was outstanding. His knowledge of the extensive menu and helpful suggestions in each category greatly enhanced our dining experience. The menu's diversity is impressive, catering to a wide array of tastes. Additionally, the manager's personal visit to our table to ensure our satisfaction and extend their gratitude for our patronage was a heartwarming touch. The restaurant's ambiance is versatile and welcoming, with three distinct seating areas: a lively bar known for its colorful brunch concoctions, a cozy main dining area, and a semi-enclosed patio equipped with heaters and misters, making it comfortable regardless of the season. As far as the food, on this trip we opted for the Cali Breakfast Burrito – a delightful mix of scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, homefries, and avocado, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. This hearty dish was accompanied by Mexican rice, refried beans, and salsa fresca, creating a perfect blend of flavors and textures. My partner enjoyed the Caprese Benedict, a unique twist on a classic with its combination of arugula, fresh mozzarella, tomato, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a pesto basil drizzle, all served atop a toasted English muffin. A particularly notable feature for tech-savvy diners is the integration with Google Maps. You can check the current wait times and even add yourself to the waitlist right from the app. This convenient feature is a game-changer, especially given the restaurant's popularity and potential for long waits.
