Excellent made-to-order, fresh pizza ! We had specific requirements as vegetarians and they were quite patient, provided great service and delicious, fresh pizza. This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas !!

Great options available to customize the pizzas to ones taste. Their standard and make your own pizza options are great. Plenty of veg options to choose from as well.

We were hungry after Hakkasan Night Club and stumbled upon Pieology on our way out so we decided to order 2 custom pizzas here ($14.85 each). The staff was really nice even though it was near closing time. They didn't rush us even when they were stacking chairs. The pizza was really good too and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend stopping by here for any late night munchies :)
Toppings were amazing but the crust seemed uncrisp. For $30 I expect perfection in a pizza.
Pieology is a great place to eat a custom made pizza. You can either make your own pizza or pick one of their signature pizzas. I got the Veggie Pesto on artisan thin Pizza and enjoyed it.
Service was fast. Took less than 10 minutes from the moment I ordered the pizza until it was ready.
The only negative is that you can’t put the order under a MGM room charge.

Let's start by saying, this place is located in "the underground" which isn't well marked when you're at the front desk. You will see a sign and a curious set of stairs that don't look like they leed anywhere in particular.... go down those.
As for the food it's really good, filling, and fair priced. I was seeing 1 topping slices elsewhere for 8 bucks a pop. You can just get a whole 11" pie for 14ish here.
No disappointments with the quality. My only suggestion would be to lower the price of the different crusts.
