I got takeout from this Carrabba's last night, and it was a great experience. I was welcomed when I walked in and didn't wait long for my order. They hooked me up with everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I ordered the Polo Rosa Maria, and the chicken was cooked well with delicious mushrooms. The chicken ended up being a bit tougher than I prefer, but it was still good. I also enjoyed the bread with olive oil, the side of broccoli, and angel hair pasta. I fully recommend this location for takeout. They made my night feel more special.
We had a very nice dinner at Carrabas. ChefDonte was a very good server and made our dinner so enjoyable talking with us!
I have a soft spot for places that offer free bread with your meal and Carrabba's is no exception. Service was great and food portions were plenty. I recommend the chicken parmesan with spaghetti.
The atmosphere was very nice, soothing music, not too loud. About five minutes after being seated, our server approached us and sat in some weird sideways position across two chairs in front of us and said something, I don't even remember because that was a very off putting introduction. I showed her a free calamari appetizer promotion on my phone, and she immediately told me they don't participate in that one, saying I should have checked to see Las Vegas doesn't do that. After taking a look at the valid offer from a third party, Dine Rewards, I showed it to her again. That's when she brought over the manager. The manager took a quick look at it and said no problem, we will get that right to you. The calamari appetizer was very good. It had an extra crispy peppered coating, served with marinara and aioli. The side salad was very good, served with Italian olives and pepperoncini. The steak was ordered medium, and it was perfectly cooked. The broccoli was thoroughly cooked and tasty. The rosemary garlic fries were fantastic! The Linguine Pescatore was very good. Our server was rather inattentive, to the point of the manager refilling our drinks and asking us for anything else that we needed. Even at the end, she took like what seemed forever to get us the bill. I still gave her a decent tip because she was working, where so many other people these days don't even want to go to work. But this would easily have been a five star review if not for the poor service. After all, the very first interaction we had with her was she told me that I was wrong about a promotion, where I was correct. It just went downhill from there.
Service was really good. A Little slow (crowd wise), but good for a friend and me slightly before 5pm Monday. Please be aware of the bread they serve. Perfect crust, dense dough, very soft and warm. Wanted to eat 5 loafs of it and not eat anything else, served with vinaigrette olive oil dip. Had the spighetti (angel hair) with meat balls. Very good. Also had breaded zucchini with a mixed dip, also very good. A little pricey about $60 for the two of us, 2 meals, appetizer and 2 soft drinks. Also 1 cup of chicken soup and 1 salad (house blend) for my friend.
We had our company party over here. Cody our waiter, was absolutely amazing. Food was great and accurate. Joan the manager was attentive to our needs and was always checking on us to make sure everything was amazing. Couldn't be happier with the service and food.
Do you remember how service used to be? The waiter or waitress would actually give you the time you deserve for spending $100 to go out as a family of three? Well Christina was above and beyond. She had a smile on her face and a contagious personality. Our family has been going out less and less and dreading the bill at the end of the meal with mediocre service. Christina made our evening enjoyable and the cost of our meal worth it on service alone.
Christina works on the weekends at Carrabba's. Ask for her she is awesome!
Nice place with a relaxed and local crowd. There's a bar section where you can watch sports and eat. The food is good, portions are expectedly huge considering it's an Italian restaurant, the prices are similar to Olive garden or any other chain Italian restaurants. The service is great! I have yet to find a restaurant in Vegas with good mussels. I came here for the mussels and it's ok.
The host was having a day is all I can say. The server he was cool. He made sure we got everything we needed. The reason why I give 5 star is for the COOKS. They hooked it up and oh the bartender as well. He made the best drink of the night. Will be back but maybe only for take out. THE FOOD is DELICIOUS.
You have to try the brownie desert it looked soo good I forgot to take a picture but I did mange to slow down long enough to snap one before it was completely gone.
The food here is constantly great. I love the Filet with a side of Spedino di mare. Italian breaded shrimp and scallops in a garlic lemon sauce. Just yummy.
One of the staples in my restaurant rotation. The service is always great. The ambiance is like dining in a big family kitchen in the Tuscan Hillside.
