Mr Chow in Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas never fails to please! It's a beautiful and elegant setting for fine dining, with fantastic flavors and dishes and exquisite professional service, as one might expect for this level of dining. All items on menu are superb. Photos show the Price Fixe menu selection for the entrees with Steamed Sea Bass and Fiery Steak with sides of Baby Bok Choy and Brown Rice with Mushrooms (inside metal pot). Video shows the unique and mesmerizing ceiling architecture that is mechanized for a periodic show.

I think they read prior reviews because none of the prior complaints were applicable. The servers were amazing: we never had an empty drink, they explained the menu with no problem, and they cleaned and reset the table respectfully between courses. As for the food, everything was cooked perfectly. They even portioned the meals appropriately for the 5 people in our party so everyone got even amounts. The best duck I’ve ever had!

As I stepped into this white understated restaurant, I knew an amazing experience is awaiting me. White tablecloths with lit squares in the center of each table, topped with delicate white orchids in vases, offered soft lighting to the room. From my first interaction with the hostess and Maitre d, to the team of servers, the entire experience was smooth and perfectly professional. Once you taste this exceptionally creative cuisine, you will want to make this restaurant your weekly habit. The food is unlike anything you’ve ever tasted. We had the crispy beef, velvet chicken, steamed veggies and shrimp fried rice, as our main course. Their house chili sauce is insane. Try one of their locations and you’ll see why this restaurant is in a league of its own.

Not your typical Chinese restaurant. Mr. Chow is an artist from crafting his food to designing the moving ceiling structure.

Great eating experience and attention to detail in many aspects. Good was more than enough for two of us. We got the two course for each. Vermicelli lobster is amazing, accompanied with a chilli sauce that was recommended by the waitress. We also had the clams and would like to say that it was not as tasty. Maybe rice cake slices need a lithe flavored sauce. Next we had the Ma Mignon and absolutely was really good, medium rare, that's what they only serve. And lastly we also got the green prawns. There are lots of other plates to choose from and next time will definitely get the Vermicelli and Ma Mignon plus two other. Will recommend to have the food be served family style, come all at once. We did course and regret eating first course and not have stomach to finish second course. Course sizes are sharable size plates. They also come with vegetables and rise plates. Talking about drinks we ordered a spicy tequila drink that was really good. I ordered a while glass of wine and was really smooth a perfect pair for the seafood plates. I really liked the flower pot in the center of the table, the light and the chandelier show. The disc floating from the ceiling by tension cables is motorized and creates a dancing of discs. It's Vegas and the Show part couldn't be left out. Another attention to detail was the fiji water bottle holder. Mr. Chow created unique silver sleeves with his signature style that you just place a Fiji bottle and lift up the presentation of the plastic, Show again, love the creativity and risk taking. Loved the experience. Also had to mention that you can't even hear the chandelier move until you notice the ceiling, disc, falling from the room. Compete silent motors.

Had reservations at 8:30 but they were able to seat us at 7:00 (our plans changed) so was grateful for that! We did the family style tasting menu with Peking duck. My top favorites were the vermicelli with lobster, steamed sea bass, and green prawns. We weren’t big fans of the Peking duck unfortunately. Nice ambience inside, staff were pretty attentive but not over bearing.

Awesome dining experience and ambience! We did family style that was more than enough. We ordered short ribs, corn & crab soup and shrimp egg rolls as appetizers and Nine prawn shrimp, lamp shank and Fiery pork with vegetables and rice for main course. Now this is a twist on traditional Asian cuisine. Prepare your pallet for a different taste. No additional condiments needed. Seasoned to perfection.

Amazing experience and food. It's a must if you're in Vegas, well worth the cost. The staff really makes the experience! It is top notch team service, everyone knows the ins and outs of every dish to accommodate any allergy or preference. Camus by the glass is really nice. Noodle making right in front of you during dinner, it's one of the cleanest, coolest spaces in Las Vegas!

You really go for the atmosphere but the waiters and waitresses are super professional ,respectful and polite.. then the food comes out and you start to understand.. Then if you're lucky Mr Chow will appear the man behind it all. It is fancy and expensive but it is decadent very filling.. would recommend the mr Chow noodles and MA mignon

First visit after hearing good things about this place. Everything I heard was true. This place is phenomenal!!! The atmosphere is amazing. They have this moving piece of art in the middle of the restaurant which is cool. The outdoor view of pool @ Ceasars Palace is great. The service was first class all the way. And most importantly, the food was off the chain!!!! Everything we ate tasted good! But if I'm honest, the most delicious item we ate that night was the Glazed Prawns and Walnuts!!! Those things were soooooo good. The Mr. Chow noodles were delicious. The Lobster Shumai was tasty. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the Gamblers Duck. It didn't taste like chicken, but it was very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My wife had the Steamed Sea Bass which was very good as well. I highly recommend this place. One of the best Chinese restaurants in the city!!!
