Christmas Day dinner for 4. Great service, very good food. Lobster Ravioli pasta was a little thicker than I make and didn't have much filling, but the sauce was fantastic. Both Porterhouse steaks cooked to perfection as ordered. Side dishes delicious and plentiful to share. The Xmas menu shrimp was as big as the plate!
The Charcoal Room accommodated our large group by reserving the back room for us. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was delicious. Others in the group ordered everything from burgers to steak and also agreed, simply delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and presentable.

We’ve seen the restaurant when we watch movies here, and have always wanted to try it out. We were very impressed!
The service was amazing! The food made just like you want and very flavorful! I got the bone in ribeye and my husband ordered the porterhouse. We shared the mushrooms which were very flavorful (highly recommend) and the grilled asparagus, which was just OK. We also ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp which was good along with scallops.
Our first time in here, English couple in their 50s. Came in early when the place was nearly empty. Pleasant staff, I ordered a pineapple mojito for the wife. Menu had plenty of choice. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp (SUPERB!) and the French Onion Soup (VERY GOOD) for starters. We ordered a ribeye and a fillet for main with a side of a loaded potato with mac'n'cheese. The whole meal was awesome. We were not rushed and had time for a second cocktail. The price was about what you expect from a Vegas Casino steakhouse, but the value for money was great as I have had worse meal for more money. We would happily return here and recommend this place highly.
I saw this place in TikTok and it did not disappoint. The service was great from the initial seating to the check. The waiters wete attentive, nice, and answered every question we had. The food was amazing! I had the prime steak, crispy mash potatoes, and we shared the bacon wrapped shrimp. All three were a 10/10. Would highly recommendnThe Charcoal Room.

The service and atmosphere here is wonderful. The wait staff were very polite, professional and informative about their menu items. The restaurant and dining area was well kept and clean. The food here overal was high quality and mostly perfect with a couple of small exceptions. We started off with the calamari. They were very large portions cooked perfectly, but the breading was too heavy on the salty side for my taste. For entrees we had two filets mignon and the lamb chops. They were all cooked perfectly to our requests. I personally had the lamb and it was really tasty. Also being paired with the apricot gave it a very enjoyable flavor profile. We also ordered sides of baked potatoe, sweet potatoe, green beans and sauté asparagus with our meals. They were all cooked and seasoned perfectly with the other small exceptions being a few of the asparagus bottoms were not trimmed enough leaving them hard and inedible. Overall a great dining experience and highly recommended if you are staying in the Palace Station or local looking for a new place to try.
It was superb in every sense. The food is fresh, simple, cooked in the best way possible, and inexpensive pricing for the high quality was icing on the cake, but all other elements were all great as well, such as the energetic atmosphere, gorgeous interior and great staff! This place needs to be added to your ‘Go to place’ list!
Good option if you want to get off the strip or away from downtown. The food was good, steaks prepared to perfection. The sides were also good, but doesn't come with the meal, you pay extra. Service was good, no issues.
I wouldn't say it's the best food and experience you can get in Vegas, but it won't disappoint either if you want a good steak.
Went to this restaurant yesterday with some friends. The food was great. The service was extremely low even though the restaurant wasn’t very crowded.
Steak was amazing no sauce needed loaded mash potatoes was the best I've ever had sorry grandma. mac and cheese was on another level. service was a 10 of 10 if you haven't tried this place it is a must try nice a quiet and a big selection of adult beverages.
