Service was fast and friendly. Got a chicken box. Chicken was well seasoned. Just a little greasy. Also, the fries was awesome. Crunch and we'll seasoned. Pimento mac and cheese was creamy and right amount of heat. Not a fan of the cold slaw.
Went right at 10:30 AM and was first in line. Got busy very quick. Food was very very good! I got the 3 Tenders with Fries and Creamy Mac and Cheese. As far as the tenders are concerned, I got the Damn Hot! I love spicy food but this was almost too hot for me. Tip is to let the Chicken cool off. I think the combination of the heat from the cooked chicken along with the heat from the spice made it over the edge too hot but once I let it cool down, I was able to finish it. Definitely has a good flavor. The creamy mac & cheese was also very delicious. my only gripe like some other people have said is they charge six dollars for a can of soda. So if you’re going to go and want to save some money, just bring some drinks with you 😏
This place was great! Super nice and helpful service from the gal up front. She helped me to pick the spice level and gave a great description of the two I was trying to choose between.
I got the mild chicken strips, which were the perfect level of flavor I was looking for. The serving size was amazing, especially for the price and it was hot and fresh.
The fries were good! I prefer mine just a tad crispier, but I still enjoyed them. The Mac & cheese though… fireeeee!! So so so good! Have to get it!
Our first time at Hattie B's and we were pleasantly surprised. We both got Chicken Tenders. I got HOT and my wife got mild. The HOT is fairly hot, but it isn't killer hot. I love hot stuff, but their chicken was so good that I probably would take the it without any heat or "Country"
We went about noon so the line was quite long as most of the restaurants at Block 16 Urban Food Court at Cosmo. But the line moves pretty quickly. I do recommend going when the first open at 11:00 or after the lunch crowd. Seating is fairly limited.
The size of the meal was a pleasant surprise. We got 3 pieces of tenders and a boat load of fries. My wife got the Coleslaw which was OK. I got the Pimiento Mac-N-Cheese that was awesome. Very creamy and it has small amounts pimientos that add a nice flavor. There had to be 2-3 pounds of goodness for only $16, WELL WORTH IT!!

The food here was delicious. We had the chicken strip, which were crispy, juicy, and perfectly spicy. We ordered the mac & cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad for sides. The mac was the best in my opinion. The portions are actually quite large and I think you could easily split one of the 3 piece plates with two people.
I am a hot head. I found it in Vegas and ordered Shut the cluck up. It was a weird hot. It was all in my head. I felt fire coming from my ears. I finished it and the picture is my last bite.
My girl had a mild chicken sandwich and enjoyed the heat. The pimento mac and cheese was also tasty.
If you like it hot be prepared the first bite took my breath away. At the end of the day I clucked it.
Let me start by stating the obvious. The food is good, from the chicken, fries and even the Mac and cheese 🔥. The atmosphere has a urban feel and I was surprised they was rocking Biggie. Staff here are cool and was even grooving to the music. The only thing I didn't care for was $6 for a 12oz sprite and being asked for a tip electronically. As you can see $30 for half a chicken (4 pieces) two sides and a 12oz soda had me feeling like the Jesus Christ kid meme. I almost forgot I got mild but should have got medium or higher because mild had no kick.
So the chicken was great!!! It was fried exceptionally. The pimiento Mac and Cheese was a nice twist on a traditional dish. Be warned I got “D*mn Hot” it’s not for the faint at heart it was hot but still good and flavorful. The greens were pretty good also. Will definitely be back.
Decent chicken I made a mistake by ordering the hottest one. Oh boy they lived up to their promise I couldn't eat it!

Only left with the boneless tenders by the time we got there. Despite this, the tenders had a crispy exterior and a surprisingly juicy interior with a mild spicy kick. Each main comes with two complimentary sides and we ordered the Pimento Mac & Cheese and Creamy Coleslaw. The mac and cheese was a creamy cheesy goodness and the coleslaw was crunchy and refreshing.

Ordered a side of banana pudding which was creamy and had chunks of banana infused with biscuit crumbs which gave it an added texture.
