Now with a dozen locations, but only one west of the Mississippi River, Bobby's Burger Palace can probably be considered a chain, yet from the moment one enters the doors at 3750 South Las Vegas Boulevard the experience goes well beyond what one might expect from a “Quick-casual” concept.
Soon celebrating six years serving Sin City, and currently one of three local Restaurants from Food Network superstar Bobby Flay, it is on a unique piece of pavement between Aria and Park MGM that guests will find a modern space flanked by Starbucks and Pinkberry, its attachment technically to Waldorf Astoria though there is no formal affiliation.
Built on Chef Flay’s love of grilling as well as travel, an affordable menu running from Philly to Dallas and LA by way of themed Burgers, it is on entry that guests will find a counter to the left and bar right, the former with a line immediately after an 11:00am opening while the latter offers full service including Frozen Margaritas, Beer and Wine.
Fast paced but not rushed, several guests taking a moment to peruse their options before selecting everything from Condiments to temperature, it was through a friendly middle-aged woman that an order was placed, her smile carrying over to everyone from servers to bartender and kitchen staff.
Able to watch each item’s preparation through a window, the General Manager expediting orders with every Sandwich and Side photogenically stacked, it was perhaps ten minutes after seating that the whole order arrived simultaneously, hand-cut Fries immediately impressing with their ability to remain crisp amongst Cheese and Bacon while Sweet Potatoes tasted great with the accompanying sauce, but better with Bobby’s Chipotle Ketchup.
Often disappointed by Onion Rings, though not at BBP where thick cuts and adherent Buttermilk Batter marry to form Las Vegas’ very best, it was after pictures that Burgers were tasted, a medium-Fat grind providing ample juiciness whether dressed classic or beneath Bacon and crumbly Blue Cheese.
Given the choice to “get crunchified” at no additional cost, handmade Potato Chips without a lot of salt adding both visual appeal and texture, it was after devouring January’s “Burger of the Month” with Canadian Bacon and Maple-Mustard Sauce that Bobby’s “Veggie Burger” was tasted, its consistency more like that of a Sloppy Joe with a bit of heat and bold BBQ flavor.
Finishing up with four Shakes, the question of whether to add complimentary housemade Whipped Cream definitely one to reply “yes!,” the answer to which is best largely comes down to personal preference, though fans of Wendy’s Frosty will undoubtedly be spellbound by Dark Chocolate while guests seeking more subtlety may want to consider surprisingly natural Pistachio, this month’s special featuring fresh Bananas and Nutella or Fudge-streaked Cookies and Cream.
Delicious burger!!!! A little on the oily side but the taste is second to none.
The onion rings are out of this world gourmet! Milk shake was very good.
Service was good - the employees were friendly. Would definitely frequent if I lived nearby.
My second full day in Vegas started off at a steamy 95 degrees. I kept waking up throughout the night due to the heat/constant shuffling in and out of the bathroom of the other guests, and so I decided to actually wake up at 6, since sleeping in just wasn’t going to work out. Simple great juicy burger. The meat grilled the way you like it, full of flavors and seasoned in a way you can always taste the meat. fresh slaw and soft buns.
I recommend BBP for burgers lovers.
From previously enjoying food from Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill, I had high expectations for this place. I visited with a group of friends so we could order multiple burgers and share. The atmosphere is cool for hanging with friends. When it comes to the burgers themselves, I was a little disappointed.
The burgers don't look anything special as in a culinary look which is fine. From this I left everything to flavor and that fell flat. It had an OK taste which isn't good coming from Bobby Flay (The king of the grill) in my opinion. The burgers were also dry.
What I did enjoy however was the fries and beer battered onions. The sauce that was given for dipping was amazing!
I'm not going to knock this place and say I wont return. I'm actually looking forward to another visit and am hoping the burger I choose is better than the ones I've tried. Perhaps even have the meat prepared medium rare or medium.

I liked the burger. The place itself seemed open and welcoming. Price was decent. Service was fast and friendly. Good to find a decent place on the strip.

I expected a sit down with menu type of place but wasn't at all disappointed when it was counter ordering. I got the brunch beef burger medium with fries and vanilla milkshake.
Almost immediately after sitting down our drinks were landing in front of us, or waiter, Enzo was very pleasant and friendly without overdoing it he regularly centre by to check on us at perfect intervals and kept our drinks topped off.
The burger was perfectly cooked and being the first time I ever had egg on a burger, it won't be my last. The combination of flavors is great. The fries were nice and crisply and the portion was enough that I couldn't finish them all. The milkshake was amazing, one of the best I've had.
I definitely recommend this spot for a good burger for a good price on the strip.
We had a great lunch a BBP recently. This was my first time dining here. I thought it was great. There's a big selection of burgers and toppings. We had the New Mexico burger and the Brunch Burger. Both were great. The counter service was friendly but we sat at the bar to eat and we were never asked if we wanted another beer or anything else. I didn't care for the bar service at all.
More casual than I was expecting. It has the fast-food method of ordering up front at the cashier and then waiting for your meal, with long communal tables inside. It seems like they are expanding as one side was under renovation when we went in. I tried the Dallas Burger with turkey and it was good, not great. I had mine crunchified, because why wouldn't you?! It was a unique addition to the burger, though logistically most of the chips fell out and I ate it as a side. My friend ordered her burger with chicken and it was not cooked well, but the staff were understanding and cooked up a new burger for her. Not sure if it was good enough for me to come back but not opposed to it. Just feel there are better burger joints in Vegas to visit instead.
Every time I go I love it more. Patties are fantastic and the fries and onion rings are delicious. I got the Greektown Burger last time I went and it was amazing.
When you enter there is no signage as to how to proceed, if I could make ANY recommendations, that would be it, and 3 other customers did as most, come in find a seat and then told, ya gotta go to the left to order or you can order at the bar. The staff was awesome, I imagine they get tired of having to say that a zillion times a shift! Anywho, Louisiana burger was the flavor of the month and it was super yummy and cooked to perfection! Loved the sweet potato fries! The onion rings could've been crispier. The mint chocolate chip shake sooooooo good! Great texture and the perfect straw for a shake! The BEST is, the prices aren't insane like every other place on the strip! Go, enjoy!
We went there with some friends from out of town. The food was great but it was very busy when we got there and had to wait about 20 min in line before we could order. The place is really cool with lots of pictures of Bobby and his signature dishes. Cool vibe. And the food was really good. Burgers and fries. Will go back for sure.plus we won just over 1,100 at NY NY casino. Good day for sure.
We shared a palace burger and a serving of “undecided” (onion rings and fries). The burger was great. The fries and onion rings were good, but they short you on the onion rings. Service was a little slow - just one very nice lady taking orders. Cool dining area! Typical craft burger prices.
We are big fans of Bobby Flay and so when made a family trip to Vegas we knew we wanted to visit Bobby's Burgers Palace. We were not disappointed. There really is not parking close by unless unless you are staying at a nearby Casino. We used public parking across the street and then walked around to the restaurant. The restaurant has a fun decor and the service is great. The food was great and my kids especially loved the shakes!
Amazing burgers! If you want a quick dinner in the strip, especially before an event at T-Mobile arena, this is the place for you. Great combination of ingredients and the line moves pretty fast... 10-15mins. The orders are delivered to your seat fast. You can see the waiters in front of the kitchen just waiting for the orders to be ready to deliver them to your tables. That definitely makes the difference! Loved the brunch burger!

Finally got to have a burger by Bobby Flay! Last day in Vegas we stopped in here for lunch. When you walk in you order at the counter. They give you a number for your order and you place it on the table and they bring your order to you. I got the Palace Classic with no onion and add a fried egg with a side of Undecided (fries and onion rings). My boyfriend got the Bobby Blue with no lettuce or tomato with a side of cheese fries. I LOVED my burger. It was perfectly cooked. The egg was so gooey that I had to eat my burger with a fork! Awesome! My boyfriend liked his burger, however, there was a weird gravy like sauce on it that he did not like. The cheese fries were crazy good.
Good burgers, but not exceptional. Being a Bobby Flay joint, I was expecting a bit more, but there are better options if your looking for higher end, quality burgers. I had the Dallas burger which was good & had a nice mild spicy flavor profile. The onion rings had a nice size, but were fairly average in taste. The dip that accompanied the onion rings was really good. Service is relatively quick and the place is never too crowded.
Ambiance, service, and food were top notch. Honestly probably the best burger I've ever had. Wife and I loved it so much we ate here twice while in town. Burgers were seasoned perfectly and so flavorful. Sesame buns were the perfect choice. Fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings were very good with the stand out being the rings. Wow they were good. The Chipotle ketchup and burger sauce were both incredible. Also had a pistachio shake, which was good though I expected the pistachio flavor to be a bit stronger.

I visited Bobby's Burger Palace on my latest trip to Las Vegas. While walking down the strip I saw it and decided to eat a late dinner there.
Bobby's Burger Palace offers a wide variety of Burgers with some interesting toppings. Some of these Burgers include the Carolina burger with mustard BBQ sauce, New Mexico burger with diced Hatch Chiles, queso and pickled red onion, and burgers with over a half dozen types of cheese, as well as avocado, potato chips, and many other toppings.
Shakes, fries and a few other side are also offered, as well as the option for malts and alcohol added to your drinks.
My waiter was very friendly, took my order, and came by while I was eating to make sure everything was good, as well as a second employee.
I ordered the New Mexico hamburger, substituted the queso sauce for smoked cheddar and left everything else is it comes. At the time of order they ask you how would like your burger cooked, or "temperature". I ordered mine medium.
The burger came out cooked properly, pink in the middle, juicy with a charred outside. Topped with the cheese slightly melted, a pile of chopped green chilies, and a little pickled red onion. I tried the burger before adding any sauces to it, as the table has a holder with a few of them including chipotle ketchup, burger sauce, & jalapeno.The burger had good flavor without any thing else being axded, but I did try the burger sauce which was an interesting flavor I can only compare a little to A1 steak sauce but with less of a bite.
Located just around the corner from the Aria, facing the strip it was a good place to pop into while walking along. The insides the restaurant are very modern and fresh, with lots of bright colors, wood surfaces and brick walls.
The only problem I experienced was being waited on when I first arrived. A gentleman was already standing at the counter waiting to order but no one was around. He eventually left. The staff was cleaning the restaurant, mopping the floors and refilling containers an hour before closing and didn't see customers coming in.
The order area is around the corner and not visible from the dining area. The entryway for customers is hidden by a large sign as well making it invisible to employees in a dining area. So customers go unseen if no one is manning the register.
Overall the visit was good, food was good selection was interesting and different, and atmosphere was nice. I would visit again to try another burger, as there were many things on the menu that look interesting.
If you're into burgers and you like to try all sorts of gourmet toppings on them this is a great place to go. When it comes to Burgers this place is up there with my other favorites in Vegas.

I think that Bobby Flay guy may have a career in food. Great burgers with multiple sauces to try. Get an undecided with two different sides. The onion rings have a great crunch with a different type of breading that I have ever had. Great atmosphere and a bonus they had coke zero on the fountain.
