Alright, first off, we had a wonderful waiter. He had just clocked in, and we were his first customers of the night. He was jovial and friendly, joked with us the whole visit.
We ordered a simple pizza, The Big Apple, add bacon. Now, I'm a fan of thicker crust pizza, love the soft chewy dough. This pizza comes out, and it's thin crust, so I'm a little sceptical of what crispy crust it's going to give me. 'Lo and behold, this was the BEST thin crust pizza I've EVER had. It was soft, chewy, and the bacon was nice cut pieces of bacon scattered on top.
I love this place and will definitely be eating here again before we leave!
This place has the best gluten free pizza ever!! I wish I could drive four hours from Los Angeles every Friday for pizza. Service was wonderful too!!
Had friends in town so we checked out FLOUR & BARLEY. I never liked Brussel Sprouts until now. Fried with bacon & potatoes, YUMMY! We ordered 2 pizzas, my favorite was the VAMPIRE SLAYER! Sausage, purple onions, delicious. My friends liked the pesto. Nice atmosphere & great service. We loved it!
We REALLY needed to get off our feet having walked down the Vegas strip to the LINQ area. We'd had all sorts of various foods prior, so it was nice to sit on their patio seating and enjoy some pizza, salad, and mozzarella sticks. Interesting you can get pizza by the slice, but that's not allowed to bring into the patio are despite buying stuff off the regular menu. We appreciated the friendly service! It was a nice stop for us on our journey walking around in the LINQ area.
Big apple pizza is nowhere close to New York if you have had Bleecker Street pizza, but it's still good. Pepperoni is salty, and crust just isn't the same. The Greek salad had a good vinegar bite and was filling. Loved the caprese salad, and the gluten-free pasta was delicious! Got the Martha Stewart Chardonnay and was pleasantly surprised; I guess even convicts can make decent wine.
We were looking for a light lunch. But it was 107 outside where you can order pizza by the slice. Some people braved the heat, ordered their slices and sat outside in the outside seating area. We decided to go inside where it was much cooler. The only caveat is that you had to order a whole pizza and you could not get it by the slice inside. To be honest, we did not order much. We simply drank water and ordered the cheesy garlic bread and a pepperoni pizza. This is wood-fired pizza and let me tell you, it tasted delicious. Both the garlic bread and the pizza. I wish I could say more but that's all we got. The service was great. We're definitely going to go back and when we do, I will edit this review. If you're looking for pizza that won't break the bank but tastes like it should, this is your place.
Don’t let the name fool you if you are gluten intolerant. The garlic bread is awesome and so is the deep dish pizza! And all gluten free! I was
even able to have dessert which rarely is there a gluten free option. Our waitress, Lynnette was the best! Very friendly and helpful. If you’re in Vegas, this place is a must!
Nice place to stop by for a slice to go if you're just looking for a snack and nothing over filling. You can be in and out in under 5 minutes. The young man working the counter was fast and polite. I've hit this spot several times because I didn't want to wait in the long lines at In-N-Out Burger.
I have passed this little gem up many times but on a recent visit was looking for an indoor option and gave it a try. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff. Pizza was good. I will look forward to trying other options in the future. They do have a walk up window for pizza by the slice as well.
The vegan pizza was delicious! It had a thin, floppy crust, so I used a fork and knife. I also ordered the kids pizza, and they were able to do vegan cheese for that one too! My 3.5 year old was able to pick it up to eat, probably because there weren't any toppings on hers. It came with a large orange juice and a scoop of Gelato, which they would have subbed for a scoop of sorbet, but they were out of sorbet. We made a reservation online about 25 minutes before we got there (7:15pm on a Tuesday), which worked perfectly. They had more tables free outside, but it was nice to avoid the smell of smoke. The host and our server were great!

Best I've had in my life, didn't believe it's GF. Sat at bar and Jose took care of me. He knows how to make a drink & I got food to go for flight home
The pizza is definitely one of the best pies I have had.
The GF Caputo pie lived up to the hype
