Took my buddy and friends here for the bachelor dinner. The food and atmosphere were amazing!!! Booked a private room, they even let us put the tables together to make one great big table haha. Food was magnificent and definitely worth every penny. The sake menu was quite extensive, and the waiter knew his stuff. Felt like I was in Japan again, for sure!
Beware. The immediate menu prices seem great. You can eat here on a budget, but if you come, come with a fist full of dollars. The quality of food is unmatched with ANY Japanese restaurant my Japanese wife and I have been to. The service was outstanding, the food taste and presentation was nothing less than impeccable. The ambiance was very relaxing. Overall, I have to give our whole experience 6 out of 5 stars. Again, be prepared to spend. And always remember... If you can't afford to tip, you can't afford to go out.
Off the beaten path and the strip, this little authentic gem of Japanese cuisine is soo worth the trip. Frequented mainly by locals and Sushi aficionados, their tasting menu is a perfectly curated 10 item meal (see pictures). The service is super friendly and with a spoken menu which happily also has a little blackboard to go with it. Truly enjoyed it and recommend to any Japanese food enthusiast.
Stupendous, one of the best Japanese meals I've eaten. We got the omakase and everyone in the restaurant who didn't order it was jealous when our food came out - definitely order it! And the soy sauce is homemade (you can get a to go bottle if you ask) and the best I've ever had.
In general the food is pretty good. The grilled yellowtail and oyakodon seem over cooked that made them do not taste that good. The tofu, foie gras, and friend chicken are highly recommended.
We came here for a late dinner during our trip to Vegas. Cozy place with good food, good service and ambience. We ordered a bunch of the grilled robata and a couple of appetizers. They were all good, we expected the caviar to be better, but the wagyu and fois gras skewers were just fantastic. Overall, I’d say it’s a pretty good place but also slightly on the expensive side.
I’m only giving five stars because I can’t give six. This is the best food I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve had very good food in my life.
I got the Omakase menu and there were moments I stared into space while chewing to try to grasp how food could taste this amazing.
Im not crazy about matcha but I still had the matcha crème brûlée with matcha ice cream because crème brûlée is my favorite dessert and it was EVERYTHING.
If you go to Vegas I’d go here even before Hells Kitchen(and Hell’s Kitchen is great so that speaks volumes)
Everyone was super friendly and kind and to top it off the waitress ,I wish I took note of her name🥹, took the best pictures of me after!!!
I’m returning next year for sure!
Every course was more impressive than the next. This by far has been my best experience at a restaurant. Plus it helps to be sitting next to amazing company. Raku keep up the good work.
I dined at this restaurant today, and I must say that the food exceeded my expectations. The variety of dishes on the menu left a lasting impression, and each dish we ordered brought delightful surprises. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, the grilled skewers were perfectly cooked, and the seasoning was delicious. The foie gras bowl and steamed egg were also highlights of the meal. However, it is worth noting that the waiting time was a bit long, and the service was average. Overall, the excellent food made this dining experience truly worthwhile.
Top notch food and service. Omakase dinner deluxe was sublime, each serving was beautiful and the taste matched the beautiful presentation. Cameron and several staff who served were knowledgeable and outstanding. Would recommend for great food and atmosphere. You should book a reservation as they get busy.
