Was there for the first time on Saturday, we sat out on the patio for a late lunch. Food was very good, drinks were great, and we had one of the best servers I have ever had(sorry I forgot the guys name). Will definitely be back to enjoy the outside bar and meals on the patio.
Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table and had an adult beverage while we waited. The bar tender who served us was super friendly and made a banging Lynchburg Lemonade. Kevin was an amazing server and recommended a few small plate selections. Appies were good and the scallops were equally delicious.
What a fun spot to watch the game with friends. Cool bar, fun people, lots of tv's inside. The food was ridiculously good! Highly recommended if you are looking for a fun hang out with great food and drinks.
We just missed Sunday brunch but the dj was still going outside! This restaurant has ample parking and many shaded areas for outdoor dining.
When we were seat we noticed the table wasn't wiped down well which is why I docked a star (makes me think what else isn't clean). Our waiter was friendly and was able to give recommendations. I personally didn't love the orange crush but maybe that's because I'm used to getting them at Delaware Beach towns.
Overall we enjoyed our visit and I will come back to catch brunch!
Beautiful day at Tobias Frogg. Ate outside. Lovely atmosphere. Staff very friendly Food was excellent and prices were decent. Will definitely be back
The brunch vibs are amazing. Not a super classy or Pretentious place. Not my first or 2nd choice for brunch but it really works. They have a DJ spinning toons that make for a great atmosphere. I will absolutely be back.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Lobster mac was delicious, macnbriskit wrap was delectable as were the mahi tuna tacos
Def recommend the lobster mac and the mac n briskit wrap
This is a very nice historic place. The owner is originally from Germany and had the idea to build a brewey ontop of the catacombs and use the catacombs to store the beer due to the constant cooler temperature. The food at the bottling works is typical barfood with some nice twists, i.e. instead of the regular Tomato soup, you will be served a baked Tomato soup bisque style with croutons and melted cheese. A nice selection of in house brewed beer is providing the finishing touch. If you are in the area, please visit this attraction or attend one of their Murder Mysteries....you will enjoy it...Prost..
First time here. Monday night easy to get a table. Waitress was super sweet and attentive. Our food was GREAT! We also had the Naked Nachos (not pictured) which were great! The patio windowed room was very comfortable even in cold February, which surprised me. Chicken Caesar wrap and fresh cut fries…yum. Husband had the Korean beef noodle
Bowl. We would return.
Food was well priced and decent quantity. Sat at the bar on a Friday night and took a while for the person to even acknowledge us and take our orders. After that service was average. Atmosphere was very bar-like with lots of 20 somethings partying on a Friday night.
The wait was long. All of the food was bought out at the same time. We sat outdoors so trying to keep the flies off the food wasn't cool. Had they brought out the plates at separate times, it wouldn't have been so bad.
The food was very good. I wish I could have enjoyed it as I should have.
The place was clean and servers were pleasant.
This bar was dropped from Key West to offer a nice arrangement of surf inspired fare. I had the Frogg Burger that came with a mango sauce and extra thick applewood bacon. It's been six hours later and all I want is more of that juicy beef dunked into the mango gravy. Dude, surfs up.
