My first visit, for a birthday celebration, but certainly not my last. A gorgeous experience from the beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, to the truly amazing execution of an imaginative menu that is an homage to Lancaster "fresh & local" finest. Our server was Johnny, and he made the evening an absolute delight for every one of us! Highly recommend.
Thank you to Kristen and Ray and our servers Linda and Don!! We had a wonderful day on April 21, 2018, reserved the main dining room for our daughter's baby shower. Food was to die for!! Brioche waffles, quiche, farmer's salad!! So shout out to the chef/kitchen also!! Room was beautiful - owners and staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for all your hard work that went into making the baby shower so wonderful for all!
Celebrating a 6 year wedding anniversary of my Family (Nancy & Pete) on December 2nd.
We always patronage this restaurant when we travel to Lancaster, PA
Highly recommend for couples, families or friends.
Cozy atmosphere, impeccable food and owner & staff very polite & professional.
Stop by and check it out for yourself.
GOD bless this establishment and the owners🙏🏾
Bus tour stop… they did a great for over 36 people. Food was good and they were very prepared and friendly. Built in 1780.
Good pricing for fine dining. I read a few reviews about poor service but our service tonight was fantastic from Bridgett and the food was awesome! Great atmosphere as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed our main courses. They're beautifully presented and tasted equally good.
Our appetizers were good, but underwhelming. And dessert was a bit disappointing. The tart was cold, hard and not very flavorful, the fruit was good and the lemon curd was too, but we felt we should have gotten something else upon our first bites.
A cute restaurant, with attentive service, excellent drinks, and it was enjoyable to have a pianist entertaining us while we dined.
The Greenfield Restaurant is in a somewhat industrial area however the property itself is very appealing with a lot of lush greens and vibrant flowers along the pathways at the entrance. We chose to eat in the dining room but later, at the manager's suggestion took a walk around in the other areas. His name was Brian I believe and he was very personable and shared information with us about the chef and the history of the building.
We had a fairly simple lunch. My husband had the Crab Cake Sandwich and fries which he thoroughly enjoyed. The Crab Cake was quite large and without a bunch of fillers. The fries were the long seasoned shoe string type, also very good. I had two appetizers. The French Onion Soup which was served in a crock and very flavorful. I also had a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail which was true to its description. The shrimp were definitely jumbo and very well prepared. I wouldn't hesitate to order either selection again.
We will definitely be back to try out their dinner menu and request to sit at a table in the bar area which has a wall of windows looking out onto their patio and more flowers.
What a wonderful dining experience! Had reservations, seated on time. Our server, Amy, was courteous, prompt, friendly, and very attentive to our table of four. All of our dishes were excellent...strip steak, scallops, cod and salmon specials were delicious! Will definitely be back.
When in Lancaster, this is a wise choice. Chef is former White House chef using his skills to share his talents at this late 1700's former farm house...now a very charming restaurant. Well worth a dinner out.
Excellent food and a elegant atmosphere. The piano player was a nice touch. The staff was very caring and quite quick with any request we had. Definitely a landmark in Lancaster County you should try.
Nicely situated and elegant restaurant. Food was good, service average. The few people seated that night were all gathered into a small section... convenient for the server but a little too noisy for us to enjoy a quiet dinner.
One word expresses how impressed we were with our 37th wedding anniversary dinner… WOW!! The food was amazing (just wish the veggies were a bit more seasoned) and our waitress Linda and Sous Chef Mitch exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back again - we will try the patio/main dining area next time. (Steps leading to the intimate wine area were a bit tricky to maneuver with heels.)
