They just opened yesterday, and I am so impressed by how kind and on top of things the staff is! They asked to refill our drinks, took our trash, and let my son hug the cow. We love chick-fil-a and are so excited to have one in the neighborhood!
Also, the parking and drive thru situation is SO much better than the Tacoma store-more parking and less stress!

Overall the experience is pleasant. They focus more on getting people through the line rather than quality of the service. I never have problems with the actually quality of my food but they do mess it up every once in a while. Which is typical for places since we are humans and we do make mistakes. Now what makes this an amazing fast food chain is the fact that when I went back in line to get the food they forgot to give me they gave it to me free if charge even though it would be a completely different order.
Food was as always delicious. The customer service topped it. My husband and i enjoyed Devin. S service. He went out his way to make sure we were good. Went above and beyond. This location is definitely lucky to have Devin to represent Chick•fil•a in such a great way. As mentioned before food was so good but the 5 star is because of Devin. S. Great job, Devin I see you flourishing well in this business. Keep it up!
The food is delicious, customer service is impeccable and its always clean and minimal wait time. Happy as a clam.
What can I say. It's Chick-fil-A. Luke, one of their supervisors is an awesome kid and super nice. Drew was super nice too. I watched him open doors for people and he was smiling and just had a great attitude. And it's Chick-fil-A. Fast food done right. And for fast food the ingredients are pretty wholesome and clean compared to any other fast food.
I wasn't the least bit amused with our server! I don't know what the problem was, but for some reason he seemed unable to get anything right. Had to repeat ourselves to him numerous times. I told him how I wanted my salad one way and I was given it another way.
I happened to love chick fil a I hope that this doesn't happen again.

Ordered using the App, I appreciate being able to make modifications to items. I order a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun & tomato, bring it home put it on a 1net carb bun with some mayo. I reduce the net carbs to 3g net from 42 carbs. Calories 310 from standard 380. Delicious.
Our first time there. My wife had a chicken salad and lived it. I had a chicken sandwich and waffle fries they were delicious! We need one in Port Orchard! We're baaaack! This time we had them throw in some mac-n-cheese. Yum! Stick to your ribs stuff.
