Update: been going here again since I had a bad experience other times and it seems like they are a little understaffed but otherwise the food is good flavorful and I no longer receive a burrito with 50% beans, definitely one of the better qudobas in the area, and a good choice for a quick lunch/dinner

I’ve never been to Qdoba. We went to Chipotle first and they had their usual bad attitudes. We decided we don’t deserve to be treated that way. Especially when Chipotle’s food isn’t worth it. Went to Qdoba instead, and am extremely pleased!! It was about 20mins to closing, and they were sooo friendly. The food was much better than Chipotle! I will only be going to Qdoba from now on. Please keep up the great work, it’s hard to find friendly service these days.

Well I didn’t actually go, I did have a great experience with this place. I ordered online via Qdoba’s mobile app (could use a redesign, BTW) to this location instead of the one I intended to. It wasn’t until after my pickup time that I realized my error, so I knew the food had been made. I called them, and a very friendly staff member picked up and I gave my name asked if there was any way to get refunded. Without asking any questions, he responded he could do that right away. Super nice touch, and email confirmation of refund came moments later.
