It's very sad that you stop and pick a food and have to get out of your car and you give a tip. But when someone brings you your food in the rain or the heat you can't tip on the card. A lot a people do not carry cash. Please think about this. Good employees who deserves every dime.
The last several times we've gone to this Sonic. The food and the service have been absolutely fabulous.

I couldn't read the menu sizes cause they were too small. And they didn't have the size that I wanted. What I ordered was pretty good, though.

Once they were out of fries, the rest of the time the employees either take forever or blatantly ignore you. Food is good though.

I am on the fence here... I really like Sonic! Food is always good, cooked to order, and tastes delicious. Today, I took my kids there for Sunday lunch. We originally pulled in to a "booth" to eat in the car there. I pushed the button upon arrival, waited 10 minutes without answer (actually hit the button a second time to make sure I didn't make a mistake), and then finally backed up and decided to go through the Drive-thru. There were a few cars in front of me, not bad. At the window I was greeted by a nice lady, paid, but was told that the kitchen was very backed up... about 7 minutes or so later I received my food - but the lady told me I was receiving a refund. To be honest, I would have never asked for it, but it was much appreciated, as my total wait time was definitely more than 20 minutes from Original arrival time. I was very appreciative of them "taking care of me" even without me asking. I rank the service very high. They could have had 2 callouts, they could have been unexpectedly SLAMMED. I don't know what the circumstances were. But despite their situation, they were still nice (even before refunding my meal). Good job guys!
I'm hoping it was just an off night, but they got the one sandwich we ordered wrong and it took at least 10 minutes to bring it out after the sign said it was being brought out "right now."
When you're hungry right there, they are.
