The hidden gem of Lafayette. Always great healthy and wholesome. Their lunch never disappoints. It's my go-to spot for a good lunch and healthy cooking ingredients.
With the Holidays soon upon us, many people are already talking about cutting back and eating better before the Holidays. My friend Julie is a big advocate of healthy eating. She has been talking to me about Sandra's Cafe and Health Food Store for a few months now. I decided to go on and check out this place.
One of my favorite places to go when I want a "home cooked" meal (not always the best but nothing seasoning can't fix) Healthy selections, great staff, and a lot of organic produce and other grocery items including vitamins.. also is the only place I can find Bluebonnet Whey Protein in Lafayette.
Favorite Place in Town. I frequent this place almost more than I am at work or at home. I love the plate lunch style food that is fresh and healthy and good! Everyone is always nice and I love shopping here as well. Very few places in town actually follow through on their promise to really be there for the customer and the gang here does every time! Thank you for continuing to provide Lafayette with a very homey and lovely place to eat and shop and feel good about yourself. This guy really appreciates it!
Best In Town!!!. Sandra's is by far the best health food store in town! They have a variety of vitamins, groceries, produce, and so much more for the best price in town! Their staff is very knowledgeable and they are willing to special order something for you if they do not carry it in the store. Try the daily plate lunches too! You get tons of food for a great price. The lunches are good for you and they taste amazing. I love the rotisserie chicken on Thursday and when they have the Chicken Enchiladas. Oh and the Mediterranean plate is delicious too!
Awesome little food joint, with adjoining health food store, really unique and interesting finds here. Lots of specialty canned drinks in the coolers.
Went on a Friday and it was bbq day, the guy was right out the door bbqing and bringing it in fresh off the grill!! Friendly vibes here and very good and attentive staff, quick to help. I think the menu changes daily, not 100% sure tho.
I love this place. My daughter turned me on to it. It has a cool vibe & friendly staff. If you’re into healthy foods, supplements & the like, this place is it. They also have a dine in area in the back of the store that is very nice.
The food is delicious!
Stopped by for a plate lunch. Shrimp Fajitas, it was delicious! All the employees were very nice and courteous, even the guy on the barbecue pit outside said Hi and Thank You. I did buy a cookie also which was also great but ate it on the way home.
So many healthy and delicious options. Love the daily meals and the chicken salad sandwiches with apples, raisins, and walnuts. Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

Ah yes....this hidden gem that Lafayette locals flock to for fast friendly service and dank food at a whoppingly fair price! It’s got all the good stuff to keep you cancer free. Very laid back with satisfactory vibes!

Hands down, the best shawarma I’ve ever had!
Awesome food, great prices, friendly staff. I missed lunch but I was still able to get some delicious soup fantastic chicken salad sandwich freshly made organic hummus and chips and dessert. I love this place
Locally owned restaurant in small grocery store with organic food and hundred percent grass fed beef. They also sell hundred percent grass fed butter
Absolutely phenomenal food across the board. The goat curry was simply the best that I have ever had. The goat cheese and cilantro naan is the perfect accompaniment, and you’d be missing out if you didn’t start it all off with some veggie samosas and a mango and strawberry lassi.
Just came in from out of town and googled natural food restaurant. We hit the jackpot!!! Great tasty and healthy food, plentiful servings, and very friendly and helpful staff. We dont like settling for the usual corporate eateries and chemical-laden fast food. So, it's great to know that Sandra's here.
