Dominick was super helpful when I came to him about a complaint. Because of his acknowledgment and caring attitude we went to have lunch today. The food was so good and we are so happy that we weren't treated as a number. We will definitely be eating here again because staff, management and the food were great!
Our family of 4 is on a cross country move from North Carolina to Oregon. We stopped here for lunch. The service was great and as always the food was delicious! The manager came out to the parking lot right as we were about to pull away. We thought we may have left something behind. But we didn’t. The manager was kind simply being kind and wanted to give us some chocolate chipper cookies for our long drive. We are so grateful for his kindness and for the yummy cookies!
Mr Blaine the manager and the employees are amazing! Very friendly! They let me know about the unlimited sip club when I went in to pickup my catering order. They walked me through step by step and emphasized the great value of the sip club. Highly recommend! The food was hot and fresh!! They made the entire experience so easy! Stop in and see them!
All the staff are friendly and fun to talk with. The food is delectable as usual.

The food and service was very good, they have a good selection of sandwiches. A little pricey, but worth it.
Would have been five stars but they were out of coffee. Not their fault as I’m sure they’re understaffed like so many restaurants are these days. They did make a fresh batch and it was delicious. Food was also delicious and yes a little pricey but this is Panera. They’ve always been pricey.
Their salad and soup were delicious. If you want lunch that is more on the healthy side this is the place to go. I love how fresh everything is.

I moved from Norfolk VA to Alex LA! No Panera! So, I drove to Lafayette to shop and made a mental note to drop by PB on my way home.

It was a first visit. I forgot to take pictures. But the food was good. There was a variety of healthy choices. It is a self serve environment. You pick your choice, pay for it and they call you when it's ready. The seating is spacious but there is no table service. They have handicap parking and seating. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very professional. When you finish eating you throw your trash and return your tray. An employee cleans the table after you finish. I was told that they close at 3pm because they don't have the staff.
Visiting from out of Town walked in Jennifer greeted not only myself but several others with a smiling face. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Every table was clean plenty of seating.

Highly recommend. Love their Charged Strawberry Mint Lemonade. Decided to get a pumpkin muffin, omg delicious!!
