My favorite Location, never had any problems there love them. But today it was weird and i feel like the kid you guys had at drive thru today like around 6:30 pm needs to be talk to, young one with the long hair, answers with a weird attiituted starting from the speaker "FOR WHOOO?" Then way before i got to the window my drink was already all the way out in his hand handind it over to the air lol like OK? looked at me crazy when i said i was missing a drink and ask "what your missing something" answered yes he went and got it, then i said THANK YOU HAVE A GOOD NIGHT ♡ and then this kid turns its back to me and said yeah u too. Like what did i do? Lol im always nice and that attitud is not ok for a place wr i always get nice ppl to take my orders so its sad.im still giving a 5 star but i hope he does better next time or i hope i dnt get to see him taking myborder if he still going to talk like that 🙏
Staff is helpful and super on it! I asked for a side cup of ice no nasty looks or anything friendly staff. Made my morning smooth.
I did the drive thru and my caramel macchiato came up surprisingly immediately. Typically it takes time to get an espresso so they must be doing something different to expedite orders.
Quick service! In and out! I think this drive thru is the fastest I've been to.

I like Starbucks. They are pretty consistent and that's what I like. I will say, however, the drive thru is always busy with a line here. Be prepared

They really didn’t think this parking lot or location through lol. I would recommend submitting your order before hand or walking into the store. Parking and drive thru area gets congested quickly.
My latte was awesome. My wife's green grass thing was awesome. My daughter's caramel drink was too sugary. The outside of the place smelled like marijuana. The whole state of California smells like marijuana.
hi there, fellow barista that works at the store. we get a lot of calls in the middle of the night with people asking about our hours. for our business hours; our lobby closes at 9pm and the drive is thru open 24 hours. you’re still able to place delivery and mobile orders; but if you show up after closing, come in drive thru and we will gladly help you with no questions asked. thank you so much.

I go to this location 28th and National San Diego California almost everyday. Today was different they had the most nicest barista working there that I never seen before. She took the time to tell me good morning, and she asked me my name and if it was a mobile order. She gave me my drink and she said have a wonderful day! I been going there for 2 years and I have never been treated like she did. I go in around 5:00 am or a little bit after and most of the times the employees don’t even look at me or say good morning or have a great day. Sometimes I stand there waiting for my mobile order and they don’t even ask me anything I have to go get their attention. Well the Barista today was Kate I went and thank her for being so nice and I told her she was very nice and that she made me day. She did tell me she was going to be transferred I told her that was too bad cause they need more baristas like her in that all Starbucks specially that one.. it would be nice to see a happy face everyday when I get my coffee. So Kate thank you for taking the time to make me feel welcome.. whoever your boss is she needs a raise.. by the way my cinnamon dolce lattte was perfect!!!
