Okay people if you crave some real Mexican food check this place out. I have been eating from this place for 3 decades. My go to order is carne asada chips, 🔥🔥. Depending on the time there could be a line.

I've been coming here for 30 plus years! I get the 3 rolled tacos with cheese, guacamole, and ground beef on top! It is and has always been the best! Even after all these years, it still tastes as good as the first time I had it all those years ago! I moved from San Diego over 20 years ago, and every time I come to visit, I hit up Humbertos!!

Best burrito spot with really good salsa verde. Super affordable spot, and excellent tasting food. I always recommend everyone there and they always tell me that they always go back. They accept Apple Pay which is really convenient. Super friendly staff.

I’ve been eating at this place for over 10 year and it never disappoints. My all time favorite order is the carne asada fries with an agua de horchata on the side with salsa verde. The carne asada fries are well served with a lot of fries and meat and even the queso cotija covers the whole plate(which I absolutely LOVE). It’s hands on the best taco shop in whole California i’am completely loyal to this taco shop 100%.
For $10.24 I got some fantastic Carne Asada tacos. It was filling and delicious.
This place is always good, gets pretty packed. Always some iffy looking people outside. The outside is really dirty but due the the homeless situation in San Diego in general (don't mean any disrespect).
