Holy sh*t what an amazing find in Knoxville with excellent spirits, great service, welcoming atmosphere and a great deck for people watching in Old City.

For our first stop in Knoxville we set out for a tasting... and boy were we glad we did!
Drew was a fantastic and informative host when we went in for our tasting. The four of us each had the Original 9 Spirits flight and left with four bottles.

Super unique take on cocktails. I always enjoy coming here because their cocktails are well crafted and their liquor is of good quality. They are constantly changing the menu and making new creations - super passionate about their work and it shows! Can’t get high end original cocktails like such anywhere else in Knoxville!
Awesome local distiller, their Spanish Gin drink was well worth the extra cost. Loved the herbs. We got the elderberry Gin mixed drink which wasn't as good. Ended up buying a bottle of their Uproot Gin, you can taste the hints of Szechuan peppercorn. Also bought the Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup but have not been very impressed with it.

Absolutely amazing cocktails and mixed drinks. Tons of different variations of gin, vodka, and other liquors. Fantastic servers helped us explain flavors and tastes so we'll with the different types of liquor and spices that come out of their drinks. Great experience not very large area but it was quick and delicious drinks on a Friday night.
It's always an amazing experience when I come here! The bartenders are so upbeat and unique. Deb and Liz are 10/10 stars.

This place is open of the best distilleries I have been to in a long time. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. The spirits are great and they have a lot of unique flavors, and the authmosphere is really super cool.
We tried a couple of different drinks, and I really enjoyed the New Fashioned, it is a nice twist to the Old Fashioned which is one of my fav ‘go to’ drinks. My wife really enjoyed her drink for two reasons. One she choose a drink that tasted delicious, and second she considers it a big win, when she gets a drink in a fancy glass.
The bartenders are just awesome. They are very nice and talkative (in a good way). One of my favorite things to ask when we are in places that serve cocktails is to ask what is their ‘signature drink’ that they know how to make. She did NOT disappoint me at all. It was so good (and spicy) that i asked her to write it down so we can enjoyed it at another time.
The place is also vegan. When i told my friend he was confused, as i was, until we asked more details. Well all their products are vegan which means they have alternatives. Once such product was a egg free foam, which is great as my wife is egg intolerant. It is a bit pricy, but awesome that they have other alternatives if you are unable to have the ‘real thing’.
We all really enjoyed this place and will def go back again…well maybe because feels like we purchased everything in stock 🤣
The owner took the time to give us a fun tour, sharing the history and science of the distillery and answered our many questions. The staff was very friendly. Many of the products they offered were wonderful. I usually don't like liqueur, but the chamomile liqueur was outstanding. They had lots of great and unique flavors, and I ended up getting a couple bottles. This place is definitely worth the visit.
