This location is super convenient to the UT campus and the service is A+ EVERY time. You can now get your donuts warmed, which is great for everyone who loves when the hot sign is on! I've visited many Krispy Kreme locations in this area and across the south and this is, by far, the best service I've received. Even with the disadvantage of not being a baking location, they are still the most highly recommended for me!
Great service. Dakota the general manager has always been very helpful. We typically get multiple dozens to bring treats for a large group. There is no dedicated parking, but there are 4 public spaces with 2 hours of free parking along the side of the building. This location also has ice cream and frozen treats. It is one of only a small few that have this. You can get donuts with ice cream in the middle. When we've been in late at night there are often UT students hanging out enjoying coffee and donuts.
The glazed doughnut ice cream sandwich was fabulous. The only downside is they don't make the doughnuts at this location so no hot fresh ones.
Great Service and friendly young staff. Only Krispy Kreme in the United States to offer Ice Cream. Really great shakes!
Amazing fast service! The guy there had a mini donut ready for a sample. 10/10 would recommend.
