A LOT better than usual. Normally I do the mobile order for this location because it takes them 30+ minutes to make my food no matter what I order and I always end up having to wait even if I'm the only one in line. Today, I ordered, arrived and they were busy so I expected to be waiting a good hour. (No joke) instead, I was through the line in less than 7 minutes with only 1 mistake to my order. (My burger wasn't topped like I had "mobile" ordered but I took the extra off and ate it anyway). The food was actually hot today and if my burger had been right, I would've given 5 stars for sure. I don't know what's changed at this location (East Town Mall...I hope it's not a one time thing) but keep it up!!

I like that they say ..how are you , thank you, have a good day , because before they just wanted you in and out of the drive through and didn't seem like they cared and to me that go's along way with covid slowing down my money flow if I go out to grab a fast meal I don't want a rude person, unclean restaurant or the wrong item because I can take my money somewhere else .

I want to say a big Thank You to all the employees at this Wendy's. We used the drive-thru and gave the young man our card to pay for our food. In the process of giving us our food and accidently knocking off a drink inside the window we didn't get our card back. We went back the next day and they had the card ready for us. Thank you again everyone.
I'm just came through there just a minute ago have a wonderful person answer my questions about the food and the new drink to have a coffee in the coffee that had which was Vanilla was really good. And the management treat their Associates very well from how I understand and letting everyone know when somebody is doing great and get a compliment.
