Sandwich was very good but was lacking a lot of meat. French fries were excellent and came out hot. Had trouble with the ordering screen process and gave up and went to the counter to order. The restaurant was clean and in good shape.
Tried their new cheese steak sandwich. It was very good. Would definitely get again. Spouse tried the spicy chicken sandwich and said it had the right amount of heat.
I had a great experience at this location when I dined twice during my stay in Orlando. Had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich & curly fries. Dennis provided excellent customer service.
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Nashieka, I went through the drive through ordered a sandwich and the crinkle cut fries and a cheese cup, then I went and parked way in the back by the shade didn’t even realize the cheese wasn’t in the bag juice saw her walking towards me and she took the time and walked all the way out there to give me my cheese cup! So big props and thanks to her for taking the extra effort! Thanks Arby’s thanks Nashieka!
That is the best Arby’s sandwich I’ve had in years. In Texas they started slicing the meat thicker, and it makes it tough and nasty. I’m glad to see y’all are still doing it right in Florida.
Clean store. Fries were only half full and we ordered in. I can only imagine how they scrimp if you go through drive thru
Went for lunch. The order was prepared quickly and correct. We love Arby's.
What can I say. Arby's generally has great food, poor to ok service but I keep on coming back.
Service was on the slow side but very polite. It’s just the typical staffing issues but great food just be patient.
I went there last night and when I received my food, I was missing an item. I spoke to Jordan about the mishap and he was able to sort it out for us and helped us even with a rush of people. One of the sweetest people I’ve met. Definitely will be going back to this location.
