Surprisingly excellent food for the quick sandbar experience it is. I enjoyed great service sitting at the bar, a delish fish sandwich and tasty spicy marg. The only grossness was that the bar wasn’t super wiped down and bees were flying everywhere trying to get to the sugary marg machines. Anyway, great experience and would come back.
We had such a relaxing, wonderful lunch and time here on February 17th! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous especially when the weather was as great as it was that day. The service and food was great.
Pool bar located inside GayLord Palms. Large bar and covered seating area — as well as delivery and food service to your chairs poolside. Full food/bar. Decent pricing considering you’re inside a nice hotel. Staff has been really great each time we’ve gone.
Always grab us a couple pina colada’s with toppers to start with!

Amihan just had me come back to edit and add the 5th star because of her excellent service. We had no plans to order more food, or beverages, but she continued to tend to us to make sure we were hydrated. 5 stars for service.
Great service even poolside, Jay was our server definitely deserves a raise. Jay goes out and beyond for perfect customer service. Jay always came back around to our cabana consistently as well to others. We were here last weekend and had him as our server., We were here this past weekend and this time we made sure to request for him before coming. Everyone there is great but when you have amazing customer service you come back even more due to the quality of service received. Thank you Jay for not only working in this crazy heat but managing all customers and making sure everything and everyone was good.

We chose this restaurant due to convenience but we were so happy with our meal. The blackened fish is absolutely delicious, and the chicken fingers were excellent. There is also a hummus plate and a really good veggie burger for the vegetarian members of our family. We came back 3 times during our stay. The second visit, they were extremely busy so our food took a little while to come out. We didn't say a word and didn't mind, yet the waiter told us there would be no charge for our meal. We were impressed by the staff as well as the food quality.
Christophe served us when we went for lunch on Saturday and he was fantastic. The food- Greek salad with grilled Mahi was excellent. The fish was fresh and perfect with the salad. I read a lot of reviews before going and have to disagree with all of them for our experience at least. I thought the cost was fair and there was no service or gratuity charge added to our bill, and our server was prompt and friendly. Maybe they made some changes after all the negative reviews. It was a great lunch with my daughter
Love their drinks! I had a few piña coladas and they were delicious 😋. The margaritas were pretty good too but not as good. My daughter liked their chicken tender meal but I didn’t try it personally
Good views and food was better than average. Due to the poor reviews my wife and I played it safe and just ordered an ahi tuna taco with fries. The tuna and fries were fresh. I took off half-star for the over priced food ($20 for three tiny tacos and 1 watermelon lemonade) , didnt take the full star off as thats what I expect from a 5 star hotel; expensive-mediocre food. I took another half star off as I had to make atleast 3 awkward stares with the young/hip staff to atleast make them acknowledge that we were ready to order, after the order though she was very quick and attentive.
Hector is the best he is always a huge help we have done 4 years or our son's birthday partys and when ever we come we are made to feel like family.... awesome please and Hector is the bomb!!!
