Great place for lunch. Friendly and polite staff and the best food in the Northern Neck! And I highly recommend the desserts!
Cute restaurant with very good food. We had french toast and blueberry pancakes. Sides of sausage and bacon were well prepared and the staff was friendly. Nice start to the day!
Who would have thought a Cafe at a car wash would be so fantastic! We tried the blueberry pancakes, the fritata, and the eggs Benedict. Each item was delicious!! The service was amazing - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to watch the kitchen staff at work, preparing the masterpieces. We can't wait to go back already!
Great staff, great food! Their burger was pronounced better than the “competition” which we tried yesterday. Unique location. Small but inviting space with outside dining available.
Highly recommend.
Food was fantastic the service was very pleasant
We did not have to wait long at all
They were very sufficient in the quantity of people that they are able to serve
I enjoyed the blueberry pancakes
Both waitresses are very nice
I was from out of town and I was trying to find it down to earth soul food place for breakfast meant every one of my goals!!
Actually went back twice me and my husband two days of breakfast
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came here for breakfast and the food did not disappoint. Cakes and cookies are all homemade. The service was quick and everyone was kind. I’ll definitely be back when I’m passing through the area.
We had the Chesapeake Benedict, thank goodness for the home fries, I was tempted to lick the plate otherwise. Perfectly prestented rich way to enjoy crab cakes. Service was prompt, but not intrusive.
Good food and nice set up. Server definitely wasn't very friendly, made me feel like I was a bother . Another server commented about her being in a bad mood, so hopefully her day and service improves.. Had breakfast, next visit will be for lunch. Attached pic of my biscuits and gravy with side of bacon.

I went to Kilmarnock Virginia and had one of the lunch specials. My meal consisted of a unsweetened ice tea. It came in a stemmed wine glass. I had the crab patty sandwich. The crab patty was a little smaller than I expected but had a good taste with plenty of crab meat. The sandwich bread was toasted. The side dish I had was cold slaw. It was home made so to say. Although rather small it tasted good. The price was what you would expect for a written up tourest restaurant spendy. If you want to wash your car afterwards they have a working car wash with 3 bays
A must stop for just good homemade and delicious food served in large portions with great personal service. Wonderfully yummy crab soup with lots of large chuncks of crab.
