Came here for dessert. The key lime pie is rated #1 and they deserve it! Very good cocktail menu and the menu looks good but we didn't have anything to eat
A spectacular meal. Seth was a great server and directed us well. Inspired dishes. Great preparation and presentation. Recommended. Oh and a great place to see the sunset too. It was nice the view took a back seat to the food.
WOW Place for Sunset Meal. If you want a place to dine outside and see a great Key West sunset this is the place. The food was good to OK and the service was good but slow considering the place was not packed while we were there. We had grilled shrimp with key lime butter and herb risotto...very good. My son had alligator cajun style it was OK. My wife had pan seared scallops with brocollini was good. Seafood was fresh as it should be considering where we are at. -TK

Best Sunset View in Key West. My wife and I stayed at Hyatt Key West for our anniversary and never expected to find such a great restaurant. For breakfast we had items like the zucchini frittata and the orange french toast which were superb! The night we went for dinner they actually had a fisherman come right to the dock and drop off their catch for the day. The kitchen prepared it that night as their fresh catch special. It was the best Snapper we've ever had. All in all service and food were a perfect 10 by our standards. Make sure not to miss this place!
Great Views. I travel for business....so it is always refreshing when you come upon a gem like this. Great views of the gulf and signature key west sunsets, great food - including fish caught that same day!!!!, and great service. The Blue Mojitos were delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Above and Beyond. When you first walk into the SHOR American Seafood Grill you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is top notch. They really make your experience there wonderful. Their food is of the highest quality and is cooked perfectly. Coming here is a must for any traveler or local.
One of the best in Key West. The food and service at SHOR are outstanding. The views of Key West's famous sunset's are the best on the island. Worth a trip to the beautiful Hyatt Key West Resort And Spa to enjoy this one of a kind gem.
Unbeleivable food and service. The level of service and the quality of food that I received during my visit was the best I have seen in a long time. I had the fresh catch that got dropped off at the dock about two hours before they opened for dinner by a local fishermen. This was the freshest fish I have had in a long time.
Perfect food, perfect service, perfect scenery. Everything was spectacular. Our waiter, Veli, had the best timing and was attentive to our needs and outstanding with suggestions. He gave us space and was there at just the right momemnt. He truly loved his job. Had the very best seafood pasta. The rum drinks were quite refreshing. The dessert was amazing...key lime pie and a brownie dish....mmmmm. Could not ask for a more perfect time to share with my wife on July 2, 2022.
Had great time here for dinner. Amazing patio view with a lovely view on the sunset! Anna was our server with great personality, and very knowledgeable. Oysters Were the best oysters I've ever had in the keys. Seafood Risotto had good ratio between shrimps, scallops etc.
This ended up being our favorite place we ate at the entire time we were on vacation in Key West…the atmosphere was so nice for dinner and sunset…the view was amazing and the soft live music was very nice…the key lime pie was the best we’d had all week and we tried a lot of key lime pie…I ended up getting the soup of the day as my entree which was the Boston seafood chowder I believe and it was sooo good as well as the bread they bring to the table…the mojitos were good as well…I wish I could remember our waiters name as he was so lovely and attentive and really made the evening a great experience…would definitely recommend and will be back!
Great outdoor patio seating for watching the sunset. The food was all exceptional, we had the blackened shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, fresh catch of the day Mahi Mahi, and shrimp, scallop, and crab risotto. The sunset was breathtaking.
The food and atmosphere here was really great. The food was very flavorful and really good. The oysters here are smaller and very yummy compared to your usual oysters that we found here in key west. We ended up ordering 2 orders of them they were that good. The grilled octopus was cooked perfectly. Great flavor and so soft, not chewy at all. Our main dishes were perfect as well. The catch of the day was mahi mahi also cooked perfectly. The other main dish rib eye was also cooked to perfection at medium rare. The key lime pie was ok. We highly recommend this place for beautiful sunset seating and a yummy dinner.
We were thrilled with our breakfast here! It was included with our stay. I posted pix of the "complimentary meal" rules, since we didn't get the card upon check in and it did cause us some grief.
The food was excellently prepared. The fruit was very fresh, and the coffee just right. Our favorite was the Cajun skillet!
We ate all over the island for a week and Shore was by far our best meal the entire time! From the service to the food to the menu selections everything was top-notch. Don’t stay away bc it’s in a hotel! We were not guests of the Hyatt but treated like family! The view is breathtaking and the chef is top notch. Forget Mallory Square and the crowds. This is the best dinner and sunset on the island.
Crab Cake Benedict was actual crab meat, no breadcrumb filler- flavored w/ an old bay type seasoning. Refreshing "Duval Street Hangover Cure" Juice. Beautiful view.

Everytime I eat here, it's a great experience. The staff are super amiable, the food is fantastic, and they genuinely care about the guests. Whether it's crab cakes benedict for breakfast or catch of the day in the evening I feel special each time. A must if you're staying at the Hyatt.
