I’d argue there are better restaurants in sun valley but this is still worth coming to. Expect a long wait if you’re here on a weekend! We stopped by at 6pm and didn’t sit down until 9:50pm. Unfortunately we felt a bit rushed once we ordered and sat down but it won’t keep me from coming back. We ordered the prosciutto with melon - they give a heaping amount of prosciutto with not so much melon; wish it was a better ratio but needless to say it was very good. We also got an anchovy pizza; cooked perfectly! We were debating between lasagna and another pasta dish and our waiter recommended the pork. It was so good and definitely a solid recommendation. We also had the bacon wrapped dates which we’ve had before from here. Unfortunately they were a bit burnt but the flavor was still on point.

Food & wine list is amazing. Highly recommend the dates and the pan chicken. However, only leaving 4 stars due to the service. We were seated promptly at our reservation time (which is appreciated), but did feel rushed to order quickly. Our waiter did not speak much to us and almost seemed as if we were a bother. However, we still enjoyed our meal and would return again.

We had the most amazing meal here. We started off with the mussels and clams, which were cooked perfectly and the sauce they were in was exploding with flavor. Then we shared the duck confit and the rack of lamb in a huckleberry reduction. Both were outstanding. The food paired with the beautiful interior and the top notch service made for an incredible evening.

Spectacular food and service. Pork shoulder was a stunner and trout perfect. So good we'll probably go back tomorrow 🙃

Inexpensive, consistent, interesting, and always a pleasure. I love Enoteca. The Duck Confit and Lamb are my favorites, the flatbreads are great, and the bacon wrapped dates are a must. Best Cheese/Cured Meat board in town! The wine selection is huge and unique, even by the glass. Make a reservation at least a week out! Longer for holidays, etc. Adeliaide, DJ, Patrick, etc...all the staff...they're the BEST!
