Boardwalk Subs has the friendliest most knowledgeable staff I have encountered, I absolutely love the subs which are mouthwatering and very filling. There is a special mayo sauce made in house that takes the cake, and the sun bread has a sweet and toasty tantalizing zig that I have not ever experienced from any subs I’ve ever experienced! Dominic, Dean, Brooke, Brian and Sydney are so friendly and amazingly helpful, I found 2 of my favorites so far! A super huge “Thank You” for all team members of Boardwalk Kentwood Location for providing exceptional customer support and service you guys are absolutely amazing!
Really nice staff, fantastic food, and a great sub shop vibe! What's not to love? Would highly recommend this location as well as this local chain. They prep the prostini in this location as well. Oh, they also cut the cheese and meats when you order, so really freshly prepared!
The food, I got a salad, was amazing. The service was just awesome, and everyone seemed to want to be there. There were so many magnificent veggies on my salad, I keep thinking sub now because those looked like the bees knees as well. An incredibly courteous employee offered me a cookie, I am working on carbs before Christmas so I declined, and every customer I saw around me looked satisfied. It was my first time there and I can promise it will not be my last. I am still eating the salad now but this moment of memory seemed more important.
Going rogue never felt so good. Stumbled upon this place and was absolutely delighted with how tasty their subs are and how helpful and insightful the sandwich artists making my sandwich were.
First time here and the sandwich was really good. In my opinion you get a good amount of food for the price. And if you are feeling it, ask for it rogue. Give them a try and enjoy
Staff was welcoming and VERY energetic. Ordered number 23 rogue. What an interesting idea to put the toppings on the opposite side of the bread. Seasoning is done very well. I will definitely be returning.
The staff is always friendly. The lines around lunch may get long, but they crank through orders quickly, so the wait isn't too bad.
Just tried this place out for the first time about a month ago. Have been back 2 other times. The people working here are friendly, proficient and you can tell the owners care and connect with their people. The subs are very good, but I gave 3 stars and wanted to leave feedback that the chicken for the chicken bacon ranch sub needs to be prepared differently as does the bacon. Heating in the microwave is not good. Figure out a new way for that and do a little remodeling in the seating area and you'd get all 5 stars from me! I recommend this place, but I would not get the chicken again until they have a different way of cooking or heating up the chicken. The deli meats are top notch, so go in that direction.
Excellent subs. I'm a born and raised Jersey girl through and through and this place makes the best subs in Michigan. The staff is very friendly even when the shop was very busy and crowded. The store front is nothing spectacular in terms of atmosphere but it doesn't matter ... The sandwiches are awesome.
We have been here an endless amount of times and love it. Never gets old. Absolutely delicious every single time!
