Had an excellent burger with fries. This is not your typical fast food burger stand, if your looking for a that different burger with toppings you should get to Pincho Factory. Plenty of choices on the menu, yes there's even salads and other healthy options to choose from.

First time here and I loved everything about it from the great food quality, the fast service, the cleanliness and most important thing is the employees very friendly, overall excellent experience better then any expensive restaurant. We loved it! And I am a hard critic, which that says a lot!
First time here, I've been wondering about this place. We ordered the Tostone Burger and the Vaca Frita Rice Bowl. The burger was flavorful, served medium, and very messy. The Vaca Frita bowl was amazing. It came with chopped maduros, tomatoes, black beans, and flavorful jasmine rice. Both were served with cilantro aioli. I'll be back.
I placed a large order via Uber for myself and several coworkers. Once the order arrived I noticed the driver only had a bag marked (2) I asked if everything was in that bag and the driver responded yes that’s all I was given. I called pinchos directly and spoke with Jesus, he handled everything amazingly. He made sure we received the rest of our order and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Good service is hard to come by now a days but because of Jesus’ great service I will continue ordering from this location. Also the food arrived quickly and was still warm
Food is great, but can improve in response time. They seem very busy and understaffed.
I never write reviews but this was worth writing. I ordered a pincho salad with shrimp and 2 burgers. When I got home I realized they forgot the shrimp. I was annoyed so I called the restaurant and i spoked to the manager. He’s response was “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but if you are willing to wait a few minutes I will go and drop off 2 shrimps pincho sticks” I was shook. Indeed he did not only drop off my shrimps but also delivered a guava cheesecake. If that’s not amazing service I don’t know what is. We ordered a lot from pincho and will definitely continue.
