The portion was great.(ordered the large) I recommend getting the ice cream and the condensed milk topping, SO GOOD! They are generous with the condensed milk too! Friendly service and cute atmosphere! �������

Loved it! Had the shaved ice with sno cap. Generous with sno cap. Very delicious. Two sizes offered are also generous.
Located in Kapolei. The creamiest and richest ice cream you will find on the island. Absolutely the best. The shave ice is good too. What I really liked was the custom house creations they make with it. Too many flavors and toppings to list but the creativity is amazing. I was craving shave ice with condensed milk, mochi, and red bean paste, but l'll definitely be back to sample the rest my next visit to the island. The service is amazing and friendly.
Inside has seating and is your average ice cream parlor ambiance. Parking is plentiful and free.
Stopped in last minute and so glad we did! Amazing shave ice! Gary (owner) is so friendly. Always great to walk in and hear Christian music playing as a bonus. Love supporting local businesses!

The ice cream is great and is five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. But I would say that there shave ice is about three ⭐⭐⭐. There portions are smaller, they charge extra for three flavors, and the condensed milk is not even a silky creamy consistency. The best shave ice I ever had here is called Lahaina shave it is a must stop if you are up by Waikiki. I hope this helps you out and have a great day.
What an amazing find! The shave ice is easily the best we’ve ever had… way better than the overrated Matsumoto. So good, we went three days in a row. I had Lava Flow twice and Paradise Bliss once. The owner Gary is so friendly, personable and humble. Highly Recommended!

Fair value and portions but hoped the ice was slightly more "shaved". Syrup Flavors tasted good.

Update!! We tried 5 other shave ice places and this one was the best!!! I went twice and my parents went three times. We wanted to squeeze it in one more time before we left but we had to do family pictures. I got guava, lilikoi and coconut with cream the second time. Absolutely delicious! And the owner even remembered our names after we complimented him on his business. Whenever we come back to Oahu, this is definitely on our list. I will refer the heck out of this place!!!
This place is a 10! Creamy, smooth ice. I got the La Donna(Pina colada and coconut). The flavor was on point!
I have traveled around the island for 3 weeks visiting many of the top shave ice spots and this one has become one of my favorite. The ice here is good and not as grainy as Matsumotos in the north shore. And the flavors here are very light and rich. The best part though was the ice cream in the middle. They use a local Hawaiian made ice cream for the center and you get to choose the flavors. Once you add some condensed milk on top, you end up with a quality shave ice.
What makes this place extra special though is they actually make crepes and milkshakes too.
The shave ice is always ono. The service is quick. The staffs are always nice and friendly. If you go here, try to go after rush hour. I always had the same thing from here. The portion is good, there are 3 sizes and priced accordingly. Everytime we are in Kapolei, we always stop by here.
