Got myself some Gyoza and Udon with Chicken for Dinner.
Everything was tasty but only some pieces of the chicken were a little dry. Taste was still really good.
The Place is currently still Take Out only and it's preferred to order ahead via Phone or Online. Walk in Orders can take a while.
Staff was super friendly and my food was ready by the time the online order confirmation told me.

Friendly staff. Only about 5 tables available for dine in right now but seemed like they do a large carryout business.
We went for a late lunch and were the only ones there at first. Another party did come soon after. The atmosphere is fun and clean. I had to take pictures of the fish tanks since my kids love fish. The lady that helped us was great and very knowledgeable. I ordered the vermicelli noodle dish with pork. It was really good. My husband ordered the pad Thai, spicy. That was really good! The flavors were great. They have weekday specials. Buy one get one 1/2 off. We opted not to do the special since we like to get different things and try both. My water was kept full, always a plus. The portions were large. We were happy with our experience and recommend noodle bar.
I enjoyed the cleanness of the place, and thought that the portions were fantastic. My wife and I ordered one of the thai noodles at the "hot" spicy level, and the shoyu ramen. The thai noodle dish came in at a perfect "hot" as far as spicy goes, and was quite good. The ramen was good, with a perfectly boiled egg; however, the broth was not amazing, and the pork was not seared or torched on the outside, which I would give five stars for. All in all I would eat here, but probably not go out of my way to eat here.
Wow! This place is wonderful. Great selection of soups, noodles, and rice dishes. The spiciness levels make the various dishes tolerable in heat for most people. I love my food spicy and their hot level was perfect! The food is fresh and you get what you pay for. The prices are fairly high, but you get a large portion. We ordered crab Rangoon also which was phenomenal! This place is easy to recommend for family and friends. Casual atmosphere with gentle music playing makes it very calming inside. Will definitely be coming back!
Delicious food! Wonderful, helpful service! We were visiting from out of town, they helped us with menu recommendations and the food was fantastic!
Our first time eating here. We were greeted when we walked in. Our hostess was very pleasant and attentive. The place is clean and there were beautiful instrumental music played in the background. The food is great! The pho broth is very tasty. The eggrolls looked a bit overcooked, but it was actually good inside. Would definitely come here again.
Run, don't walk to your phone and order Thai from Noodle Bar at your earliest opportunity.

We ordered The Noodle Bar (Stir-fried flat rice noodles with eggs, garlic, onions, napa, mushrooms, carrots and scallions) and 🍜 Panang Pad Thai (Original Pad Thai tossed in a Panning Curry sauce with roasted peanuts).
Also, egg rolls and a side of Tiger Cry sauce.
The flavors are vibrant and spicy, to your liking. From no spice up to Thai hot. They have modified hours right now, and only offer carryout/curbside. They are so kind, and could really use your support. You will not regret this, my only regret is not having tried it sooner.
