It's a bit cramped but the food came out good. I think the parking lot could use some work, but at least the service was quick.
There's nothing really to complain about food wise.
Cons: High prices, LONG wait times to receive your order always (regardless of how you place your order or what you order, etc.)
Pros: Consistently decent food, good variety on menu and larger portion sizes in regards to other fast food restaurants.
Tough part of town and terrible service. All employees seemed stressed or actively frustrated with customers (we sat outside so I watched them come in and out). Was told that I hadn't paid when I did pay on the app by the person who brought my food.
All of our orders took over 15-20 minutes to make. There might have been 6 cars there, so not quick service.
This is known as the worst sonic in KC.
They were awesome. I had to go down the street to get a few more dollars for my order and they even held it for me and when I came back. And brought me ranch and extra ketchup.
No drive-thru, really weird! The food was good, as expected. Didn't follow directions on my drink order. But the service was fast and the staff was very nice.

Highly recommend eating everything on the menu. Sonic is Fuego.

Demetrius got mad Because the car hop didn't acknowledge him lol or smile and thank him SO MUCH for his tip lol Demetrius' problem isn't with your Sonic his problem is wanting to feel like he is changing lives giving people 3 measley dollars like it is life changing and expecting them to polish his ego. When i visited a few days ago the food was amazing i had your guys new featured burger and my friend had a regular sonic burger i believe. We ordered two drinks and a order of fries. The car hop came out gave us our food, we paid online. She didn't tell us what we ordered, why do we care if she did lol we knew what we ordered like we didn't need her to repeat it back to us i think it's really weird Demetrius griped on here about something like that to make you guys look bad. The food was amazing. The fries were delicious. I shared the burger with my kids and they had a smile on their face the entire time. Absolutely NOTHING wrong with this sonic location or its employees or the Quality of the food. I really hope when you read comments like Demetrius' comment who is expecting far to much from probably anybody he comes in contact with that you know that the problem isn't your restaurant but the problem is with a customer like that's ego. I will be back for more of your services and my cousin who lives up the street will also be continuing to be a regular customer :) have a great day!
