I really like this subway. Its close to my home but a great plus is a change in management and staff. Clean and Professional now.
I usually hate going to this location; the service is slow and not very attentive, sometimes even borders in rude. However, I was in a couple weeks ago and a woman named Faith was working the counter. It's been a very long time since I've seen someone in the food industry work so hard especially in a fast food place. It was incredibly busy but she was rocking it, and was polite and friendly the whole time, and the orders were all correct. I hope her employers realize what a gem they have in Faith. Because of her I will give this place another chance.
I wish I would have taken pictures of my sandwich cause I go there almost every day it’s so good. I walked in and even when they are busy they are always nice. I’ve seen some rude customers in front of me and they are still friendly when I get to the counter. Malena is fast and efficient and never gets my food wrong! Plus their cookies are always perfect!
Cody was on point! Handled this rush by himself! Was cool, calm, and collected while maintaining customer engagement and still producing effective results in a very timely manner. I'm not sure if he's a manager or not but he definitely carried himself as much. Bravo to Cody for stellar service!
Melina and Jackie thank you for your great customer service. I had a big difficult lunch order anf they did everything right. It was a few missing items but they're customer service made up for that. Highly recommend.
The staff here are nice and cordial, willing to take orders for their subs. Beware though: Right now, this location only has wheat bread so you may want to go to another location until they restock.
For the area, this place was REALLY clean & everything was super fresh, like subway SHOULD be. I enjoyed my visit here.
The young men working did a very good job. We were in and out. I also left them a tip
Does not take coupons,was upsetting , but food is good.
