Cybertruck stalking today. I don’t see any yet but can’t wait for deliveries! This company has the best service. Occasionally I’ll have to come in for service and always get a loaner. One time they even came to me and provided service in my driveway.
Great experience, easy to work with, amazing vehicles to drive, the whole process was pressure free and easy. If you haven’t driven a Tesla you absolutely should…!
Tyler took care of the GPS issue on my Model 3 while I waited and was very understanding as I explained what I believe the issue was after doing my own research. Appreciate it!
Alright everyone, I’ve heard horror stories of Tesla service and experienced my own in other states. But today I came to pick up my new model 3 here in KC and everyone was super friendly and helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. They fixed some issues I noticed right on the spot and it was just an amazing experience. Thank you guys! Teach the other service centers how to really provide world class service to its customers.
I went in to Tesla today to get my tires swapped out as they have almost no tread life left. So I requested an alignment, a tire swap, and tire balance for the vehicle. It was looking like I’d be spending a few 100$. However an hour after waiting an associate named Adam informed me that the car didn’t need an alignment as it looked perfectly fine. I told him I thought a car needed to get one after putting on new tires but he let me know that’s not the case. So thank you Adam, for helping me out and being an honest hard worker!
BOGO tesla! 2nd Tesla picked up 3/16. Easiest car buying experience ever! Well done Tesla! Thanks to TSLA for buying me a Tesla! Thanks for dropping the price in January 23! Only complaint is the delivery date process is short notice and few days to choose which is not very accommodating. With a call to customer service, the dates were more flexible.
I picked my Tesla Model 3 RWD on Dec. 7th. Carter was our Tesla rep that got us thru the contract paperwork and set-up our key cards. He escorted us to our car and let us get familiar with the settings.
My wife and I spent a few minutes creating our driving profiles and then we left soon after. Carter was busy as well as friendly, courteous, and professional.
On December 14th, we received all of our registration paperwork via FedEx so we can now register our car in Arkansas.
Other than dealing with one very smug person regarding our online pickup appointment date/time, I had a good experience with the car delivery, again thanks go to Carter.
We came to pickup our new model y on 12/30. Payton was a joy to work with. We drove 7-8 hrs for delivery. Upon arrival we discovered an issue with our transaction due to miscommunication from the other service center who we started with (in another state). Payton worked with management to correct the issue. I really appreciate his genuine excitement for us upon delivery. And of course, the car is amazing and far surpasses our expectations.
Ordered our car and went in to pick up. Fast and easy. No annoying sales people. Friendly staff
