My husband and I decided to give this breakfast spot a try since the wait was so long at our usual place.
Verdict….
Service- Excellent
Food-cooked perfectly, no complaints
Menu- many options including meatless!!!
Overall Impression…. Very impressed.
I took my son for breakfast before school on his 15th birthday. The food was hot and delicious. Our waitress had been working many hours because someone didn't show up. But she was so kind and efficient.
Oddly empty for dinnertime, but the food was outstanding and service good.
Kitchen is a little slow but the workers are so kind. I witnessed an angry customer and the employees handled it well. People need to learn to be nice to service workers.
I. Recently went to breakfast with my grandson at the ihop on sterling. My grandson picked this one because it was closer. I told him that this one had bad reviews. Anyway, we were greeted with a big welcoming smile. The "server" was by herself. She was great and so was the food. We later learned that she was the GM and was shorthanded. Well it was an A+ experience so kudos to Michelle!
So if you are a server, go help her out. The bad reviews are from before. You'll be glad you stopped by!
Even though they were busy and short staffed , they did awesome at taking care of us and still giving us fast service. Food was fresh and good! Service was great!
I have never had such a great experience at Ihop like I had today at this location! We stopped here on our way to Wisconsin and I’m very grateful that we did. Will was our server and he was wonderful! He is efficient at his job, very friendly, & professional. I believe in great service especially when it comes to restaurants, so not only did we leave Ihop happy but with a full belly.
I also have to mention Felicia because she was cleaning/sanitizing everything, she even left the restrooms immaculate which was really nice because our whole trip back towards home its been unsanitary restroom stops.
Overall, the experience and food here is worth the stop!
We had a great experience. The staff was amazing and friendly. And very attentive. Food was amazing and fresh. I definitely well be visiting this location again. I have not been to a IHOP in years because is was just so unorganized and the food was not good. But this location is great.

I have nothing to complain about. Neat and clean. Our server was on point.
We're from Hawaii and came to see Mount Rushmore. One of my bucket list. My daughter and I are on a road trip. We ended up at Ihop. The people were friendly and the service was excellent. Our IHOP had closed down for some time now. Miss our IHOP.
