Without a doubt this was the best experience we have ever had at any McDonald's! Simply the best experience a customer could ask for. I only wish this was our regular McDonald's but we only stopped because we were traveling but we will certainly be back the next time we are in the area! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Nice location with a play area and lots of seating. It looked a little dirty the day we stopped in. Just looked like they need a few more staff, which is everyone these days. The food was fast and prepared how we wanted. The kiosks are nice and help speed up the ordering process.
I want to share a 5-star review, but it's not for McDonald's. Instead, it's for an exceptional individual—likely a supervisor or manager—with long hair and a foreign background. This person ensures that gig drivers receive their food while it's still hot for delivery, meeting customers' desires for prompt, hot meals. As a medical professional, I understand the importance of timely food delivery, especially for those who need to raise their blood sugar immediately. This individual's professionalism and dedication have improved the service significantly, preventing food from sitting on tables for extended periods and avoiding customer cancellations. It's great to see that not all gig drivers are in it solely for financial reasons, as some find it therapeutic. Kudos to this outstanding guy!
Very friendly staff! They gave me the wrong order through the drive thru. When I went in to let them know they were fast in getting back my order and were super nice ! I just wanted to say thank you ! To the morning staff today 12/13/23🫶
This is one of my grandson's favorite places to eat. Especially when the Chiefs are playing and they get a sack in the game. He enjoys that quarterback sack Big Mac. Among other items. I usually take him at least 2 times a week.
I've noticed almost every time I order the "Buy one get one" big macs it's been like ordering a "Big Mac Salad" with a side of buns and meat. Most sloppy made sandwich, with meat halfway off the buns lol... To each their own on this, some like it sloppy.
They finally got great, people back. Fries have been fresh every time (4x) in last month. I had a mess up months back, and corporate contacted me, but i have never received the coupons. Store itself has corrected itself. Great McDonald's location.
The food is great, hot and fresh. It's a newer or recently renovated location (meaning it's clean). The only complaint is with the drive thru. It attempts to use an AI Chatbot interface to place your order. Only several failed attempts will get you through to a human to talk to. When it works, it works great. However, it only works probably 80% of the time. *Hint, order ahead through the app and it helps make ordering through the drive thru easier.
Was hungry so I stopped at this location. The staff was very polite and helpful, I didn't know what I wanted to eat the staff was very patient and allowed me the time I needed to decide. My sandwich was fresh and my fries was hot. I enjoyed my food and the service I received. The restaurant was very clean and inviting the bathrooms was very clean. I would definitely refer a friend and return.
Service is spotty here. Some days you zip through the drive thru. Today took 15 minutes and I was late for work. The food was fine.
