We stopped by to get a burger yesterday. While we were ordering, our kids wanted to have some ice cream. We said NO as we had a Sports event to attend right after that...anyway, the staff overheard our conversation. When It was our turn to pick up the food, they surprised us with special ice cream cups. We didn't even know what to even react to the kindness. Lol The kids were SUPER HAPPY with this nice gesture! We don't live close by this location, but will definitely stop by to visit if we were ever back in town again! Your staffs just MADE our day! THANK YOU!
The Manager at this location is exceptional! He keeps the employees on their game! He always remembers me when I come in and knows my order! I LOVE THAT!! The food is always hot a delicious!
They are awesome! I have never been inside but the drive thru is on point. Food is always good and hot. Sure I've had to wait a few times longer than I wanted but they always deliver some good food. My Big Bacon Classic actually looked like the commercial! It was yummy!
Went through the drive-thru earlier this evening (I paid cash around 7:15pm) and the young lady at the pay window could not have been kinder or sweeter. Her smile made my evening. I believe one of the managers has served me at the second window on visits before, and he couldn't have been kinder as well. Please thank her and him for their wonderful service! - the other staff was great too😊
I had not been to Wendy's in quite a while. Their food is great. I ordered a meal deal with a hamburger, fries, and spicy nuggets through the app. I received my food in a timely fashion and was able set and eat in peace. I enjoyed my visit and will return in the coming weeks. Thanks
Wow! This Wendys had excellent service. The food was fresh and well prepared. I was very pleased with my meal! Certainly one of the best Wendy's in the whole KC Metropolitan Area!! Highly recommend!
