Awesome customer service a very kind older gentleman made the best subway sandwich of my life. This man put effort into getting the better leaves and pieces of veggies so I had a satisfactory sandwich, really I couldn’t have done better myself. Usually I don’t leave reviews but this experience was just so good I felt I had to share.
This is my favorite local Subway. The staff is so friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I’ve been there countless times over the last 3+ years. The staff is consistent and I’ve never walked away unsatisfied.
I was biking from downtown to Gladstone and was hungry as, #&@*, so, I stopped here for lunch, the lady at the counter was so friendly and very nice. The sub was made promptly and toasted perfectly.

Rarely do I post reviews like this but I just had to say it. Today (9/10/2020) at roughly 6:45 (specified so subway can check who was working and give her a RAISE) I experienced the most PLEASANT woman working that I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Absolutely amazing, professional and extremely kind. Keep her around, I’ve avoided this subway because of how rudely I was treated the last time I was here. I wish I would have gotten her name. SHE regained my business. Please keep her around!
I had placed an online order for pick-up. I had arrived a few minutes early, but the guy making my sandwich was already finishing up my order. He was really friendly and made sure to double check my order! Fast and friendly service 😊

I love Runjan! She is super sweet and always makes my sandwiches just the way I want. If she is not behind the counter, she is making sure the store very clean.
Don't be a D-bag...a business owner shouldn't have to eat the cost of your pickles. If another location is owned by someone lackadaisical enough to not care abt their profit margins, then go there. ..or offer to PAY for your pickles. Best subway I've been to in years!
