Try the new blacken chicken sandwixh from Popeyes... really good... added my hot sauce I received in the mail today, re-tasted... perfection. I still love the original chicken sandwich the best

Employees were very attentive and responded quickly to taking my order inside. The cashier made sure the order was right and everything we got was fresh and it didn't take long at all. The store was super clean and everyone was focused and fast. Best Popeyes experience I've had in a while. I will definitely be returning!
Update: Past two times I've been there they've seemed to have improved. Food was hot, fresh, and very good. Only downside is the wait, but I don't mind that much.
Older: They're always out of items. Order mild chicken, but somehow always end up with pieces of spicy. Also placed a mobile order and had to practically argue with the worker that I ordered a drink. And the past two times I've gotten chicken it's had visible feathers sticking out of the batter. 🤮
Wow, the current staff compared to previous staff who you would wait 25 minutes to get food and were downright rude, are in incredible! So friendly and got my food in under a minute. Please don't let them go!
FINALLY! Hey everyone, I think it's safe to say that this location is ready to come back to. Seems for the last few years (Damn You Covid!) this location has had a run of bad employees, bad service, drive thru only, and ridiculous lines for the first two reasons. The food is always great but we haven't been back for a year due to the reasons I stated. Today my beautiful bride asked if we could swing by and see if they had a line. Not only was there no line but the had dine in available too!!! So we ventured in ordered, had our meal within minutes and we spent a good half hour there and it was the same experience for at least a dozen people that visited while we ate! So glad this location has got a great crew! Keep up the great work Gladstone Popeyes and we will be back now more often.
I love this place. Definitely the best chicken you can find through a drive-thru anywhere in the Northland. My only problem is that sometimes they're out of stuff and half the time their menu isn't working or isn't filled in correctly. It's kind of expensive but for what you get I can feed my entire family and everybody's happy. The waits are long and the place is packed, but that's always a good sign. Now I just need to try the damn chicken sandwich.
1 year ago (read to see new review) Location needs to be shutdown. Chicken joint but no chicken only sides. Never have all sides available. Bad attitudes from staff. Save yourself the trouble and go to Barry Road.
As of Dec 2023 I officially change my negative review to a positive review. I am proud of the changes this Popeyes location has made. I am happy to patronize this location again. They deserve it!
I got there early, shortly after they opened. So there was a wait for my order. They said it would be 6 minutes. But it was 11. Not a big deal. The person working the drive-through was very pleasant. The sandwich was tasty. One star short of stellar because the wait time was so far off. Had they told me 10 minutes, it would have been 5.
