Great place to get fresh, delicious food. We don't eat here often, but we always enjoy it when we do. The people are usually pretty friendly and helpful, the food is always awesome! We really like it. Definitely recommend this place.
I ordered a Carne asada bowl through the app. ETA was 7:30. I didn't get my food til 8. Dishes piled up in the back 2 kids around grill area just laughing and not really doing much to take job seriously. A young man up front taking orders on line did a great job of keeping things going. But I want to plug the manager right here. I can only assume she was. Her name is Brandi. She came in with a kind yet forceful manner and gave each one of them instructions and they immediately got to work. Other than myself, there was about 4 to 5 other to go orders, and about 8-10 walk ins. She stayed cool as a cucumber. Acknowledged us. Apologized. Gave us to go people a free drink. She had us out of there very quickly. So I gave a 5 for her service, a 4 for the food because I didn't get much asada, and a 3 for the environment because of dirty empty dishes every where. So while it wasn't perfect, Brandi was amazing! Give that woman a raise!
Great food, best "fast food" choices for dietary requirements. This location always has stale chips for some reason, but we keep buying them anyway. Order ahead online and pick up available. Location is next to VERY busy Hy-Vee, and parking entry/egress can be difficult.
Clean, quick service, fresh food. Although it was a line they moved very quickly. Plenty of good scoops, my chicken bowl was fat 😋 Sorry, forgot to take a picture of the food. I was a little hungry 😃 No one wants to look at a empty bowl. Lol
Was a good lunch stop while working, was a little upset that all of the misc drink thinks that are separate from the fountain were empty, but not a deal breaker still good food with lemonade from the fountain.
They have the best customer service I have ever seen! The restaurant is always clean and the food is delicious 😋
