Just delicious!! We got caramel, Cinnamon, and cheese popcorn, as well as a lot of candy. So many items to choose from in this small facility.

This is a wonderful tiny picturesque store. The staff member was so jolly and talking about how she loves working there, and how the Topsy’s owner is so kind and generous because he pre-paid everybody through the pandemic just so they wouldn’t worry. Even if they hadn’t already been scheduled to work. This is essential Christmas shopping — especially on huge clearance sale!
Whenever I come to Kansas City, I always get Topsy's with my sisters! Their fresh limeade and popcorn is so nostalgic to me! Plus the ice cream is delicious! I will forever love this place, no matter what!

Located in a teeny tiny building on the Plaza next to a convenient parking lot. Even though the building is small, they have a nice variety of tins, popcorn and snacks available to choose from. The lady working there was nice but was having some issues with the credit card machine, I ended up paying cash. After I left the building w my yummy popcorn, the lady who was behind me in line followed me out to my car and asked me for money. Kind of figured that was going to happen from the way she was acting in Topsys...

I don't know what they do to this popcorn to make it so fluffy and delicious, but it is addictive. I got the large mixed bag (cheese, caramel and cinnamon) and I shamefully ate almost the entire thing by myself! Cinnamon is my favorite it tastes like red hot candies melted on popcorn. If you're ever in Kansas City grab a bag and a cherry limeade, you won't be disappointed.
