Finally got to try Indian food and it was delicious! The butter chicken, chicken masala, and garlic naan was amazing! My only complaint is the samosas they were too small to be 6.99 for 3! They looked like pizza rolls
After a long day, I wanted to grab a tasty meal to go for dinner. I went to Taj Mahal for the first time and LOVED my meal. The spices in the butter chicken are superb. Try out the Vegetable and Potato Tikki appetizer if you are looking to try something new/different for under $5! Order to go or enjoy your meal in person..they have a great environment for dining even though it may not look like “much” from the outside.
I would day this is the best Indian food around! AMAZING food, wonderful service, and a very clean and inviting space. This is a great place to eat family style. We ordered three different dishes to share and each was very unique. We also loved the wine selection!

The place is clean. Servers are nice & efficient. Lamb curry is so tasty. Garlic naan is a MUST!

Every time I'm in Kansas, I stop here for good family eating. Love the place and leave happy after eating.
We order Taj Mahal almost every Sunday for dinner and I have to say this is my absolute favorite restaurant of all time!! The food is always incredible, and we love that the portions are generous so we can have leftovers! We have loved everything we have tried here, but are particularly fond of the Paneer dishes, Butter Chicken, and Biryani. We have ordered Taj for several out of town guests and all of them have said it is the best Indian they have ever had!
We don’t eat in often (and mostly order delivery) but when we do, the staff is always super friendly and fast!
First time visit! The service and the cuisine was extraordinary. The table setting was classy and attractive. I was greeted upon walking in and seated immediately. I was served water in a wine glass and attended to like royalty.
The food ... the food was scrumptious. My first consuming traditional Indian comestibles. I ordered shrimp and chicken curry. The flavors exploded in my mouth, spicy but not overly hot. The homemade garlic bread was a treat. It was light, flaky, and with the perfect hint of butter and garlic. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Very good service and lunch. Really generous with the meal, had enough leftover for dinner. Will be returning again soon!
This is the best Indian food in Kansas City! The quality is the same whether you dine in or order delivery so you can’t go wrong, only coming here from now on 🤍
